Beautiful hotel with old Italy touch! Standard room is quite big! We came here for 4 nights to play golf. I would say the hotel stay with golf package is very good price (if 2 persons stay for example for 4 nights, you can play together 18-hole also 4 times). Good breakfast (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, different hams, cheeses, salads, cakes, fresh orange juice, very good fresh coffe is served at a table etc). Staff in hotel and golf club is very helpful and kind! Food at the golf club was very delicious! We did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, but we did drinks and we got super service (chef sent us complimentary warm snacks). I had “do not disturb” sign on and every evening we were left big bag of fresh towels and toilettries behind our door!

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Venice, myself (50s) and my Mum (70s) We didn't want to stay in the centre. Brilliant choice, lovely clean room, all the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. We used the Hotels shuttle bus service, €8 each. Booked by email a day or 2 before. Arrived on time and the return journey was the same. Breakfast was great, good choice of hot and cold foods and plenty of it. The hotel is in a residential area, there's a shopping mall and Aldi 5 mins walk away. We took the train into Venice, the station is a 10 minute walk away and you're in Venice in 25 minutes for €2.95. On our second day we walked to a Nature Reserve, the walk takes you through a little village with coffee shops, a church, and beautiful cemetery which we had a stroll around. We would definitely return to Antony Palace.

This hotel has many problems. No special welcome as HHONORS Diamond Member. Don't take a shower in this hotel! The shower in the bathroom of our room was wrongly installed resulting in water flooding in our room and myself nearly been locked in the shower due to the shower door not moving properly. The toilet was not flushing properly either (resulting in a lot of noise). The reception seemed well aware of this problem which seems to exist since a long time (see other tripadvisor reviews). It is therefore utterly shocking that the Hotel checks in Diamond Elite members into a hotel room with a dysfunctional bathroom. We did get zero compensation for having been sold a room not in line with Hilton Standards (after complaining they brought some extra towels to put on the wet floor). The extra bed for our daughter had only a very tin matrass. The reception staff told us that they had not other extra beds. After lengthy discussions and complaining, a guy came to our room who was more helpful than the reception staff and found a normal matrass/roll away bed for our daugther (so clearly the reception staff had been lying to us about no other extra beds being available...). Some of the the common areas of the hotel are also in need for cleaning and have small dysfunctionalities like sockets wrongly (sideway) installed (see picture!) which is not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was good but it could not compensate for the substandard room we did receive which was clearly not in line with Hilton Standards and not a way to treat Diamond Elite Members. The least the hotel could do is to provide us a compensation for the substandard room they sold us (which they have refused so far)

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Amazing location not so far from Venice . Good price best we found in this area in high season for 3 person and pet . . Free parking near bungalow, so no time wasting or carry bags . Amazing pizza at the bar , with very affordable price . Nice stuff fast check in . Bungalow was clean and comfortable all was really better than we expected . Outside you can have private dinner with family because there is dining table . Sadly only 1 night was available . Hotel fully booked . Recommend for family and who has pet and who need time to rest away from the city . One of the best options we found . Big pool . Big area of the hotel. Is so quite . So we rest after long travel . Also at the hotel Laundry and shop . Nothing was missing . Bus shuttle to Venice was also good surprise . It took us in and back fast . Who need good option . Try it 😍😍😍

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

Stayed here just for 1 Night but we can gladly say that it’s worth the price! 📍Location: Perfect, right in front of the train & bust station 10’ away from Venice with the bus (ticket 3€ back/forth) 🛎️ Staff: Everyone from the reception up to the maid were all very friendly.. EXTRA+: We felt more than welcomed from the reception as they were all very professional, polite and knowledgeable, excellent communication skills.. even told us places to visit in Venice.. 🦠 Everything was clean & well prepared 🔑 Electronic key card 💼 Allowed me to store my luggage after checkout which I appreciate. 🔇 Quiet ✈️ Called us a transfer for the airport 🏢 Very descent common areas and fast elevators (6th floror) 💸 Worth it

Sono perplesso dal numero esiguo di recensioni su questo albergo. Eppure, è un hotel con molte stanze, con una lunga storia, al centro di una cittadina veneta ricca e dinamica…. Non indagherò oltre. Dunque. Studiandolo il sito dell’hotel, non è possibile comprendere che in realtà gli hotel sono due. Uno antico, in mattoni, sicuramente ante prima guerra mondiale, carico di memorie e di testimonianze, che mostra il fascino e gli inconvenienti di un vecchio hotel che non ha subito ristrutturazioni veramente riqualificanti. Accanto, è stato edificato un hotel nuovo, in cemento, con le comodità e i servizi di di una struttura contemporanea. I due hotel sono comunicanti attraverso la reception, la sala colazioni è poco altro. Anche gli ascensori sono diversi. Quello che porta alle vecchie stanze con numero che inizia per cento e per duecento, e quello nuovo che porta alle stanze trecento e quattrocento ed ai garage interrati. Io sono stato ospitato nella vecchia struttura, e questa non è da quattro stelle. Camera spartana, nessuna comodità, senza frigo, serrature che non chiudono, arredi vecchi, bagno grande ma senza un piano d’appoggio, finestre con strano affaccio su un terrazzo non calpestabile, televisione presente ma impossibile da vedere per la ragione che si evince dalla foto. Le camere della struttura nuova non le ho viste, ma sul sito si vedono solo quelle. Saranno all’altezza di un quattro stelle? Io non credo che lo saprò mai…sinceramente, mi sono sentito, senza offendere nessuno, preso in giro. Capita in molti hotel, specie se datati, di avere stanze di diverso livello, alcune ristrutturate ed alcune no, alcune più grandi ed alcune più piccole, alcune con vista ed altre no… ma qui , ripeto, siamo davanti a due hotel diversi. Sarebbe carino se nella comunicazione alla potenziale clientela questo aspetto fosse reso più chiaro in modo che l’ospite possa fare una scelta più consapevole. Dettagli importanti: il garage è fruibile per auto fino a quattro metri e trenta. Per auto più grandi, bisogna essere fortunati. Se il garage è pieno, c’è il rischio che non si riesca ad uscire mai più. Io sono entrato con garage vuoto, ma quando son dovuto uscire due automobilisti si erano parcheggiate accanto a me ed è stata necessaria molta abilità e moltissime manovre per riuscire a districarsi. Le rampe di salita e discesa sono annerite dalle strisciate dei paraurti delle auto meno fortunate della mia. La mia auto, per farsi i conti, è lunga 4 metri e sessantasette, e non ci rientrerei mai più, in quel garage. Per suv più lunghi e larghi, non provateci neanche. Secondo dettaglio: la colazione compresa nel prezzo non lascia un buon ricordo. Io in genere le colazioni in Italia le prendo ai bar, a preganziol c’è il mio di riferimento. In questo hotel, la caffetteria è alla macchinetta. Non c’è il caffè decaffeinato, ke marmellate sono industriali e sostanzialmente fatte di addensanti, la croissanterie insignificante, i succhi di frutta che vengon giù da un’alt

Fine location, need to take a bus to arrive Venice, bus station is straight under the hotel. A loot of noises came from the window, all day and all night long which disturbed my sleeping.

Everything is beyond good , the service , the price !! The receptionist is very helpful with brilliant English !! If we come back Italy, definitely B&B hotel will be our choice again !
