Interesting and beautiful hotel. Good breakfast. Location is very good for walking, sightseeing.

The hotel is nice and located in a great location but the rooms are very small and not as interesting as they appear in the pictures on the hotel website? The breakfast wasn’t great and it’s not easy to park for this hotel it cost $25 euros and $15 euros each way for a shuttle for a single night of parking and it’s way too far to walk, the town is beautiful but very steep roads are hard to navigate

Living inside the cave feeling so wonderful, but car cannot go in

Location is great. Easy walking distance to major attractions. Staff are very nice and helpful. Dinner is so delicious. Breakfast is also fine. The cave room is a unique experience.

We opted for the cave room! The room is very well appointed. It features a French window and small windows in the bathroom. The pool is amazing. We had a car, which we parked without any issues via Lucana.

The room was absolutely fantastic – very spacious and spotlessly clean. The AC was powerful and kept us comfortable. Hotel service was top-notch, breakfast was delicious, and the dinner chef was superb. The spa facilities were also excellent; just remember to bring your swimwear! Honestly, everything about our stay was perfect.

This was an amazing place to stay in the heart of the Sassi. The breakfast was very nice with many options and the dinner we had there was equally good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was the nicest we had on our two week trip. Appreciated a safe available in the room.

Steer clear of the smallest room type – it has no windows and was quite musty. Upgrading to a suite, however, was a complete game-changer! The service was exceptional; they catered to our every need. The hotel's location is unbeatable.

I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, and a heated indoor pool. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.
