The apartments are furnished to a very high standard, and kept immaculately, everything was so clean. great value and only 14 minutes into the centre of Matera so a fantastic location, a car is essentia ldue to semi rural private road to reach the property. The outdoor pool was such a nice option to enjoy after a day exploringt he Sassi and very relaxing, again furnished to a very high standard. Could not have asked for a nicer place to choose to stay for our first visit to Matera. Thank you Nataliia for your kind hospitality and superb knowledge that added to a brilliant stay for us"

"The actual hotel/room didn't quite live up to the photos or descriptions; it definitely wasn't the cave-style depicted but rather quite modern. Located on a hill, the hotel is impossible to find using GPS. We had to call the front desk, and it took a long time for them to understand and send someone to collect us. Be prepared for many stairs. If you plan to stay here, I'd strongly advise against bringing much luggage. The air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly loud; at night, it sounded eerily like ongoing construction work. The view from the window was also quite plain, which might have been due to the room's orientation."

"The B&B the carrub is in an extraordinary position from an environmental point of view from the Gravina and in front of the beauty. It is open to the east, so it is also well positioned to see the dawn. It is located on the street of San Potito under the Matera Duomo reachable in a few minutes. The manager is Mr. Gianni with a great hospitality, a pleasant breakfast for the menu and for the possibility of breakfast outside, as happened to us in a beautiful sunday. The price quality ratio is in line and therefore suitable for the characteristics of the B&B. Recommended."

"Near the Sassi of Matera, we stayed at this "albergo diffuso" (diffused hotel), where the various rooms are located in two different areas. Our Queen room also had a whirlpool tub, as well as all the comforts, including a large shower, minibar, and ensuite bathroom. Everything was perfect, including the kindness of the staff."

An old man nearby tried to help, but I couldn't get in touch with him, and he didn't reply to my message from Google. I waited for two hours, but I couldn't get in touch with him, so I canceled the reservation and arranged for another accommodation to be available on the spot. When I canceled the reservation through the app, I was contacted again, asking why I had canceled. I guess they wouldn't accept my cancellation, and I didn't get a refund. Please be careful."
