Hotel berhampiran Masjid Hafswah Bint Umar (Al Huda Wan Noor), Mauritius

The complex is a local architectural gem, beautifully situated, integrated into nature and the beach. First-class construction. The people who work here make an alert, motivated and very friendly impression. The regular service procedures work well. As is often the case in Africa, special requests require a little patience and several attempts. We found the breakfast varied and good, although the fruit was only second quality on 6 out of 8 days. It was only when the resort owner arrived that the fruit was first class 😉. In the evening, the buffet was ok and some dishes in the Asian restaurant were very good. However, it is worth exploring restaurants outside the resort in the evening. The excursions organised by the hotel (South Island, snorkelling tour) were great fun. The massage at the spa was very good. Taxis are relatively expensive, but in our case the drivers were very reliable. Anyone hoping that the air conditioning will cool the room to below 21 degrees Celsius (70 Fahrenheit) will be disappointed, as this did not seem feasible in our case. At least a fan provides some cooling.

I don't recommend the hotel, the swimming pools both are dirty lots of insects in the water, the jacuzzi cold water n dirty too. One can hear lots of noises at night if you are lucky you won't get those rooms it looks like mauritians who get those noisy room as at night you can hear the noise of air con or pump water machine. If you take some dried grapes after breakfast to eat in the terrace you will be told not to take where as I have seen other guests took plate of food. They don't give tea or coffee in the bedrooms but just kettle n cups. The only good thing is the room is clean but they won't clean it everyday. They put very few food for breakfast one can count 15 pieces on the plate and when finished they will replenished it. I didn't feel comfortable during my stay as while I eat my breakfast I can feel them monitoring me. The pictures of the pools have deceived me and my family. More customer service are needed in this place too. The only person who helped me was sanjeev for lifting my luggage when I came to the rooms. I did ask if they serve food at night they said no but I saw guests eating at night and every night I have to take my parents to eat in restaurants which is far from the beach. They do give shuttle car but on some hours and I had to take taxi sometimes.

The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement avec 2 chambres. Une seule chambre avait une porte, mais celle-ci située juste derrière la machinerie de la piscine, trop bruyant pour ceux qui dorment tôt. La seconde chambre est le passage obligé pour la pièce d'eau, incluant le seul toilettes dedans, à 4 adultes c'est très dérangeant. Le calme règne dans cette résidence, mais il est trop en dehors de tout, voiture obligatoire. Les hôtes sont présents et aimable. Mais il faut absolument refaire la douche, l'eau s'écoulait de partout en dehors.

Everyone was kind and welcoming which made our stay enjoyable! We loved having easy access to the beaches, as well as the many water activities provided by the hotel. The gentlemen at the boat house were helpful and encouraged us to participate in all of the activities! The beach is very clean with breathtaking views of the clear blue, turquoise water, sunny days and beautiful sunrises/sunsets! The spa, Salt Equilibrium, is very nice! Anju has a fun, carefree personality, and very professional and knowledgeable in regards to massage therapy! The food was good, but my friend and I agreed it is a bit overpriced! Breakfast is made to order! The chocolate praline croissants were my favorite…oh! And chai lattes! Cocktails weren’t our favorite as I believe the bartenders were probably beginners. However, they do have nice wine selections! Overall, our experience was excellent and we would most definitely rebook this hotel again! One recommendation would be to have transportation (motor bike or car) so you’re able to venture off to see other areas of the island! However, the hotel reception would be more than willing to book transportation for you!

Semasa Festival Musim Bunga, 6 sekeluarga menginap selama 5 malam dan ia berasa hebat! Tak sanggup nak pergi! Sarapan pagi kaya, anda juga boleh memberi makan ikan sambil makan (ikan laut yang cantik yang hanya boleh dilihat dengan snorkeling), memberi makan burung (lihat sekurang-kurangnya tiga jenis burung), pemandangan yang indah, pengalaman bermain golf percuma, perjalanan bot kaca ke dan dari rusa sepanjang penginapan anda di Pulau, bilik rekreasi, memerhati kura-kura gajah, berbasikal, menaiki bot dasar kaca ke dan dari tebing bertentangan ... Saya juga secara tidak sengaja menjumpai banyak pokok mangga dan pokok Sakyamuni. Penghijauan seluruh hotel adalah indah, dan ada yang tinggal dalam bonsai yang besar Perasaan di syurga mutlak di bumi!

We recently stayed at this gorgeous beachfront hotel for our wedding, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The dining was exceptional, with Preetee, Siven, Brigitte, and Paul providing top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring every meal was perfect. Each dish was served promptly and was delicious. Esha, the barista, made us the best coffee we’ve ever had. Her skill and passion for making the perfect cup really stood out, and her warm personality made each visit to the café enjoyable. We also had excellent service from Sawmy during our wedding dinner, who ensured that every detail was spot-on, adding a personal touch to the evening. Aldo took great care of us on the beach, keeping the drinks and snacks coming while we soaked in the sun. Hans, another staff member, was always full of energy and added to the positive atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was spotless, showing a real commitment to maintaining high standards.Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Manie. From the initial planning to the day itself, she went above and beyond to make our beach ceremony more than we could have ever dreamed of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made the entire event flawless and stress-free. Manie didn’t just organize our wedding—she created an experience we’ll cherish forever. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make it the most beautiful day of our lives. If you’re planning a wedding, you can trust her to make your day just as incredible! In summary, while the hotel’s location and facilities are outstanding, it’s the staff that truly elevates the experience. Every person we encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. منتجع قمة في الرُقي.. المجتمع فيه والبيئة جدًا ممتازة وراقيه، الخدمة رائعة ويبحثون عن رضاك مهما كان، كريمين جدًا وطيبين كموظفين يعاملونك كأنك صديق لهم ولست مقيم عندهم وهو مُجرد موظف يخدمك كخدمة عادية.. مهتمين في جميع الزبائن من جميع الجنسيات وأنا كعربية ( سعودية ) تلقيت خدمة أكثر من رائعة وكانت توجد موظفة قمة في الذوق والأحترام والأدب أسمها زهراء. ماتتركنا بدون ماتلبي جميع احتياجاتنا ومن لُطفها كانت أيضًا تسألنا عن يومنا وكيف مدى رضانا عن المنتجع والاقامة. كنا مقيمين في فيلا رائعة جدًا.. كل ليلة يرسلون إلينا شوكلت مع صورة لمكان في موريشوس وتعريف عنه، لفته جدًا مميزة. من ناحية الأكل.. كانوا يهتمون في أكلنا كوننا مسلمين وكثير، وأيضًا ضيفونا مرتين على فطور عربي خاص من الشيف نفسه وهذا جدًا مميز لنا❤️ ويعني لنا الكثير كون أننا نذوق أكلنا من أيادي آخرى غيرنا تجربة شيقة.. الكثير والكثير من الخدمات الجميلة وأتمنى أن أكرر الزيارة مره آخرى لها❤️

前台小姐姐人很好！超級熱情！英文溝通順暢！ 整個小酒店麻雀雖小五臟俱全的感覺。房間裏甚至有微波爐。 早餐在室外難免有小飛蟲在旁邊飛。洗澡什麼的都沒問題但是浴室居然有部分是木質地板，感覺有點奇怪。晚上室外牆壁挺多壁虎的哈哈哈哈～ 這個小酒店最好的就是地理位置！酒店後面走幾步就是藍灣！而且退房了也可以回酒店洗澡，很貼心！ 當然晚上要早點回來，如果從大路走回來天黑沒啥燈還挺嚇人的。
