From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!
