Perfect accommodation for solo traveling

Prices of hotels in Mauritius can be high, especially those to the coast. Palms Horel offered a quite good solution in Quatre Bornes: it’s affordable (about 60 EUR a night) and not that far from more touristic places (about 30 min drive to the Capital, Port Louis, or the beaches of Flic en Flac). We were there for a 1-week business meeting. Facilities were very good. And any issues (happened) were very quickly solved by the staff …the staff (all, from the reception desk to the hotel manager) is definitely the key of Palms. Incredibly nice and helpful. The lady managing the meeting room area (and the coffee breaks) is a gem. The man and lady keeping the bar, the ladies in the restaurant and those at the reception were so nice. The Hotel staff was so helpful to accommodate on short notice for our Muslim colleagues who started the fasting of Ramadan during the meeting). And all issues linked to payment supposed to be done in advance (meeting room, 17 bedrooms) were dealt with in full confidence when on site! Thank you for that Ms Manager! I had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Constance Belle Mare Plage for 10 days in April with my now-fiancée, an experience that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Semasa Festival Musim Bunga, 6 sekeluarga menginap selama 5 malam dan ia berasa hebat! Tak sanggup nak pergi! Sarapan pagi kaya, anda juga boleh memberi makan ikan sambil makan (ikan laut yang cantik yang hanya boleh dilihat dengan snorkeling), memberi makan burung (lihat sekurang-kurangnya tiga jenis burung), pemandangan yang indah, pengalaman bermain golf percuma, perjalanan bot kaca ke dan dari rusa sepanjang penginapan anda di Pulau, bilik rekreasi, memerhati kura-kura gajah, berbasikal, menaiki bot dasar kaca ke dan dari tebing bertentangan ... Saya juga secara tidak sengaja menjumpai banyak pokok mangga dan pokok Sakyamuni. Penghijauan seluruh hotel adalah indah, dan ada yang tinggal dalam bonsai yang besar Perasaan di syurga mutlak di bumi!

What a lovely time spent there. Hotel clean, well maintained, perfect staffs attitudes, good food. Yogesh in the restaurant was great, good Profesional service even the responsible and other staffs also. Keep up the good works mostly all these new youngsters in the hospitality section. The free shuttle available was great and helpful. Thks again all team, not to forget Room service quick responses and kitchen team, Bravo. Hope 2 see u all next time. Bonne continuation. الغرف والاكل والنظافه والخدمه جدا جداا ممتازه فالسوفيتسل يتوفر شطاف فالحمام والغرف المجدده لديهم العديد من الفعاليات المجانيه ونادي الاطفال والاستقبال لديهم سريعين ومتجاوبين فالخدمه كذالك يتميز موقعه الممتاز في منطقه فليك فلاك القريبه من الفاعاليات

منتجع قمة في الرُقي.. المجتمع فيه والبيئة جدًا ممتازة وراقيه، الخدمة رائعة ويبحثون عن رضاك مهما كان، كريمين جدًا وطيبين كموظفين يعاملونك كأنك صديق لهم ولست مقيم عندهم وهو مُجرد موظف يخدمك كخدمة عادية.. مهتمين في جميع الزبائن من جميع الجنسيات وأنا كعربية ( سعودية ) تلقيت خدمة أكثر من رائعة وكانت توجد موظفة قمة في الذوق والأحترام والأدب أسمها زهراء. ماتتركنا بدون ماتلبي جميع احتياجاتنا ومن لُطفها كانت أيضًا تسألنا عن يومنا وكيف مدى رضانا عن المنتجع والاقامة. كنا مقيمين في فيلا رائعة جدًا.. كل ليلة يرسلون إلينا شوكلت مع صورة لمكان في موريشوس وتعريف عنه، لفته جدًا مميزة. من ناحية الأكل.. كانوا يهتمون في أكلنا كوننا مسلمين وكثير، وأيضًا ضيفونا مرتين على فطور عربي خاص من الشيف نفسه وهذا جدًا مميز لنا❤️ ويعني لنا الكثير كون أننا نذوق أكلنا من أيادي آخرى غيرنا تجربة شيقة.. الكثير والكثير من الخدمات الجميلة وأتمنى أن أكرر الزيارة مره آخرى لها❤️
