They claim to speak English but not a word or it. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm after a All day flight, they gave me a room with NO WINDOWS and a broken air conditioning ( but they don't speak English and I don't speak spanish to explain to them ) People screaming in the hallways non stop until 4:30 am. No respect at ALL for others. Located in a verry verry loud street with a lot or creaps roaming around ( so don't expect to feel safe if you're a sole traveler or travel with kids! Beds feels like you're sleeping on the floor with a blanket under you. Rooms are super clean, and the front desk is guarded but that's the only positive point I found. I don't know how im gonna be able to stay here for the entire 8 nights stay I booked, if I don't get a refund. If you are here to party and plan to get drunk and don't care about bothering poeple when you get to you room at 4am .. .then this is the spot for you!

There is no safe in the room (as mentioned on the room description on *******) only at the reception and full on the day of my arrival, so first 24 hours no safe ! Very noisy place, like read noisy even on the 8th floor, specially on weekends. Wifi working very intermittently and with very poor bandwidth. A shower with a slow drain and bad slope so the water in there never dries up. Noisy Air Condition unit to keep your noise pollution even when things quiet down on the street. Don’t expect a coffee station (even in what they call the suite) About the suite, manage your expectation it is nothin more then a little larger then average room with a king size bed. One lady at the reception (Laura) is extremely rude and condescendant with very unpleasant attitude. Don’t expect much english speaking staff (but this did not bother me I worked on my little Spanish) This place has potential to be something nice but for now the energy is overall very negative, it feels more like a public service formalities center than a hospitality business, forms and papers and signatures and restrictions. For the area, there are a lot of bars in the Area if you’re in for the night life (I was not) but don’t expect good for in the area if you like eating well. In brief, use this place as a last option, I found out at my expense that there are many better options for that price and I honestly don’t understand how the rating of this place is not much lower.

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Terrible stay in this hotel. I was almost died because of the broken hair dryer and was discriminated by the front desk. And, in the end, I have not gotten any apologize.

Almost perfect stay in Medellin at this beautiful business hotel. Upgraded to King suite on the 10th floor due to my Titanium Elite status. The room was huge, with two full bathrooms, a living room area with a work space, a separate sleeping area, and a terrace. Lots of seating, well lit room, and I especially liked the electronically controlled blackout blinds and privacy shades, which were separate. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was a bit sad, and it took a while for hot water to arrive (presumably because I was on the 10th floor) but give it 90 seconds and it works great. Hotel breakfast buffet was included; hot and cold continental options with an egg/omelette chef station. Very satisfactory. They had a gym but it was a little sad (see photo) - nice looking pool that I didn’t get in. Only negative point the entire stay - at check in - they told me I would get free water due to my status. So when I get to my room, I see bottles of water on the desk. Of course, I think those are free. At check out, the agent charges me for them. I ask him: “I thought I received free water, they told me I would?” He replies that the water I used was from the minibar, and I needed to call them to deliver water to me. Very odd. But- will still give them five stars due to the upgrade and an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel is good located in a safe area. You can walk around at night. At walking distance of two shopping malls: Oviedo and Santa Fe. The employees are very friendly and they give excellent service. The only disappointment was that the hotel was under renovation and we were not notified of this, but all the employees did their best to let us feel comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They do daily cleanup with fresh towels.Good job.

Suites were nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Great views. Could not find anything to fault it (other than there was no kettle to boil water for tea, but this was minor). This hotel is in a valley so you can hear some noise at night - We were on a very high floor but were kept awake by drilling at 3am for a couple of nights. But I think these apparant building or road works were just temporary. Pool was quite nice to swim in and not too crowded when I visited in the morning. Maybe busier late afternoon. Decent size for swimming Restaurant was good. Reasonable choice for breakfast and we ate evening meal there twice. Staff helpful although we did need google translate as the English was limited but they did try very hard and Columbia is not really a country where English is widely spoken so that is not a criticism. This hotel was quite expensive (the most expensive one we stayed in, in Columbia) but I feel it was worth just paying that little extra on this occasion to treat ourselves.

Very central hotel in a safe area. Super comfortable bed and lovely staff members. The mornings were always fun with the big variety of breakfast buffets and squirrels. My son calls it the squirrel hotel! The view from the hotel is amazing. Also possible to sport in their gym or relax in their rooftop jacuzzi or steamroom

Excellent hotel. No doubt a wonderful setup from check in to check out. Beautiful bars and restaurants. Top notch rooms and view. Shower was a little weak but not too bad. Very clean hotel. Good housekeeping. Can't complain really. Very friendly staff.
