Hotel berhampiran Claire's, Medinah

Proses daftar masuk yang paling teruk, kakitangan kasar dan tidak membantu. Bilik tidak siap pada masanya. Tempat letak kereta tidak percuma. Tempahan adalah untuk katil king tetapi untuk 3 katil single di setiap bilik. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah besar tetapi terdapat 2 atau 3 orang yang sangat lambat dan slot orang beratur untuk mendaftar masuk. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan sama sekali. Satu-satunya bahagian yang baik ialah lokasinya.

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

This is an astonishing hotel. The food cooked by chef zanati is fabulous. It is quite a convenient hotel because it is quite close to the blessed masjid Al nabawi. The room service is really good at they fulfill your requirements. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I am ever in medina again I would love to come here

Very close to the masjid, reception service is brilliant, room slightly small, but worth the money. I would return to use this hotel. The room service was brilliant we had fresh towels, toiletries given to regularly, overall I will recommend

Hotel yang bagus mengikut julat harga berbanding yang lain. Sekitar 1 km berjalan kaki dari hotel, untungnya mereka menyediakan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik ke Masjid e Nabwi. Tidak disyorkan untuk orang yang berhasrat untuk berjalan dengan kerusi roda dan kereta sorong. Penerimaan tetamu berbahasa Inggeris. Disyorkan jika anda mencari harga yang berpatutan.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Avantages : proximité avec la grande mosquée, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes. Il y a un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a du choix. Inconvénient : la personnel a la réception ne parlait pas anglais mais nous nous sommes tout de même compris. La cabine de douche ne fermait pas, mériterait un rafraichissement. Mais pour 2 nuits cet hôtel fait largement l'affaire. Nombreux petits commerces en bas de l'hôtel.

kami pergi ke sana semasa Ramadan dan saya tahu orang akan mengatakan pengalaman rohani adalah lebih penting tetapi ini adalah sesuatu yang saya tahu saya perlu ketengahkan sebagai amaran kepada jemaah haji lain kami adalah parti 15 orang dewasa dan kanak-kanak tiba lewat malam kami telah menempah 3 bilik apabila penyambut tetamu dan porter berkata kami boleh melihat bilik mula-mula tidak pernah melakukan ini dalam hidup saya, kami pergi untuk melihat bilik kami ia mengerikan jadi porter menawarkan kami bilik yang berbeza bukan naik taraf kerana mereka secara kasarnya semua sama datang ke penerimaan tetamu harga kini telah meningkat lebih daripada £150 kepada apa yang telah kami tempah di Booking .com yang ditanya oleh isteri saya jadi selepas banyak bertengkar dan satu lagi pertukaran bilik kami mendapat harga yang ditempah hotel ini tidak bagus memerlukan bilik mandi pengubahsuaian yang besar mandi betul-betul di sebelah tandas bukan pengalaman yang menyenangkan jadi berhati-hati dengan kenaikan harga kepada apa yang anda tempah serta penampilan yang tidak kemas

Even though hotel is located around 12k from Masjid Nabwi but thier regular shuttle service with excellent timings for all the 5 prayers makes up fir the distance. The drop off point at Haram of the shuttle is under the haram floor so great service. Breakfast is OK, not of a 5 star standard though and replenishing is slower, needs improvement.
