perkhidmatan yang cemerlang. Ditempatkan dengan baik untuk masuk ke Masjid Nabawi dalam 5 minit berjalan kaki. Hammad di restoran dan Noor dalam perkhidmatan concierge, dua orang yang sangat baik, sangat membantu dan bekerjasama, akan kembali InsyaAllah, teruskan, saya cadangkan 100%

Pertukaran bilik adalah tidak ada harapan, Encik Hosim adalah kakitangan yang lebih teruk yang saya temui. Saya tidak berbahasa Arab ..Saya berasal dari Fiji..Dia lebih suka melayan penutur bahasa Arab 1st daripada saya..

Perfect location near to Haram, clean and quiet, nice and quick service, nice breakfast buffet

Convenient location near the Holy Mosque, friendly staff, but cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it is a decent stay for its price.

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

It is very close to the Holy Prophet pbuh mosque, very nice room and amenities as well. The staff is also friendly.

The staff is friendly and attending to the request quite fast. Granted my request for early check in and also late check out. It was a good hotel

The hotel is in a very nice location which is very close to the haram. A 5 minutes walk and you would arrive to the gate.

There is no placard or button that can be used to inform that room service is required and it was difficult for us to get regular room service. 

Very late check in time at 4pm. But we didn't get our room until 6.30pm. Many guests were crowding the reception with the same problem. Our booking was not on the system. Reception staff entered our booking manually on arrival. Then said room is not ready. Female reception staff seemed v confused. I would recommend only to take service from male reception staff, who were actually able to book guests in and work around system failures. Had to wait hours for any service at all. Even housekeeping. Room was cleaned several hours after request made. Same for towels or amenities. Reception staff did not understand what a vanity kit is. WiFi took 2hours to start working. Athaan cannot be heard from room 735. Breakfast was not very healthy. Bland food served. Restaurant is overcrowded and entrance to hot food buffet blocks access to tables. Guests were queing at the entrance for eggs. No one else could pass through to enter the restaurant. After speaking to the waiting staff on the first day, restaurant managers did nothing to clear entrance to the restaurant. They didn't even move the tables blocking the entrance. Furniture is all old. Sockets all old. Needed to wait for adapter to be provided. This hotel stay was not worth the 560GBP spent on a triple room with basic beds. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive stay. Porters were helpful and able to provide more information than reception staff. Lovely view of Masjid Bilal from room 735.

The service is very good. I will recommend the hotel to others with families. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Located short walk to Green dome, start of Quba Walk, Masjid Gamama where can feed pigeons too. There is a quiet mall attached to hotel with great value clothing and gifts. Money exchange close by. Masjid Bilal also a shot walk. Food options closeby. You can also walk to gate 330 where there are more food options and Bin Dawood for munoosh.

My elderly parents stayed there for 3 nights and they were very happy with the friendly customer service.Also the hotel is opposite of the mall where you can get food.

The location of the hotel is excellent but the facilities are not good and very old
