Cocteau-esque inspired prints ans soft Azurean touches in a well located unsinspiring externally edifice. The reception articulate, firm and in excellent communication terms both in transfering advice and in language command. Rooms appreciated space-wise but not unduly. The crystal vert-mousse of the bathromm added character and the apparatus design functioning was of good caliber. It was an ad hoc choice worth to be considered by the more prudent and calculated travellers.

Nice little hotel in a lovely square near shops, restaurants and beach. Mention is a beautiful town, plenty to see, great variety of shops in winding streets in old and new town, not too many steps for older folk. Musee Jean Cocteau and Salles des Mariages painted by Cocteau very interesting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, thank you Madame and Joël, enjoyed the room with balcony last 2 nights.

I found this hotel by accident as my husband was taken to the hospital in emergancy. I wanted to be closer. I started calling hotels in panic and I found Giselle who, despite the full occupancy of the hotel, gave me a suit after hearing my story. stayed there for 3 days. with 2 small children and a big camping car. from the moment I entered the hotel I was welcomed like a princess even though I came in with a plastic bag. not a gucci bag. everyone helped me find a parking spot. Manager François had so much empathie and guide his team very vell. they upgraded us 2 times to the highest standard of the room. prolonging the next night each time, despite the high season of ''August'', they always found a solution. smiling and honest people Diego,Cristiand and Fredericka on reception. hotel itself clean offers ice tea at the reception' coffee water and tea available non-stop. books, toys for children and even gifts. sunscreen and oils are available near the reception, and even hat... and water i. Spray. clean rooms and great TV, shampoos and other accessories available. cool deco. elevator. from the 5th floor, sea view. Close to the sea and the center of the old town. breakfast stunning and girls very nice. squeezed juices, fruit, spinach, beans, sausages and food that I had no idea existed. yogurt with chia seeds. I worked for many years in the hotel industry (on the luxurious Queen Mary 2). this hotel should become a show hotel and training hotel for other establishments of course with this team present and manager François thanks again to the reception team, restaurant and maid and management for facilitating our stay in a difficult situation Joanna

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it was fantastic. One of our best hotel experiences ever. We arrived with an early flight but they had the room prepared for us even though it was several hours until check-in started. The room and the interior is very beautiful and charming. Comfy beds, clean and high ceilings. The hotel loby is decorated with funny decorations everywhere that gives it a very charming and warm feeling. It feels like coming home. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel is situated just 5 min from the train station, 5 min to the beach and 10 min to city and shopping. When we come back to Menton next time, we will for sure make reservations at this hotel!

We loved this hotel. We received a warm welcome after a long hike in and were given the opportunity to choose between two available rooms, which was very appreciated. We chose a first floor, very spacious room backing up to the school and loved listening to the children playing on the playground. Modern bathroom, friendly staff, very nice breakfast with trays intended to take outside to courtyard. Citrus marmalade delicious. Loved sitting outside amongst the lemon trees and hibiscus. Our son had his own room with a little balcony that was charming. Sweet little hotel, would stay again.

A really nice place to stay in central Menton. A warm friendly and professional welcome greeted us. Room was warm and comfortable with a spotless bathroom. Nesspresso machine and a variety of teas in the room. Good Breakfast, had wide variety of choices for all tastes, and served at reasonable time: up to 10.30am. All plates on offer topped up frequently so nothing ran out. Staff all helpful. Highly recommended.

J’ai réservé en ligne sur leur site internet, les photos données bien envie d’y passer la nuit donc j’ai pris une chambre vue mer. je trouvais qu’il était bien placé pour aller en Italie le lendemain. Arrivée sur place, il faut tourné un peu pour trouver une place le long de la route pour se garer. Sinon c’est 6€ de plus pour le parking de l’hôtel en sous sol. A l’accueil le réceptionniste est très gentil, il nous a donner le numéro de notre chambre et nous somme aller déposer nos bagages. J’avais déjà séjourné dans un ibis budget donc je connais déjà le type de chambre, mais là, à peine passé la porte, une odeur pas très agréable d’humidité donc on a ouvert directement la fenêtre! Étant juste au premier, la vue mer est limitée mais quand même très agréable. Mis à part l’odeur j’ai trouvé la chambre assez vétuste et le ménage laisse à désirer. Sol taché, lit du haut pas fait. Dans la salle de bain c’est pas mieux, chasse d’eau à moitié cassé, robinet dur à ouvrir et qui grince… bref je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux pour le prix que j’ai payé. Pour la nuit, pour nous la literie est correcte mais par contre le bruit de la circulation pour moi c’est pas possible!! Étant de la campagne je ne m’y ferais jamais donc très mal dormis. Le matin la salle de p’tit dej n’est pas grande donc il faut faire la queue ou attendre que les autres personnes soient passées pour déjeuner tranquille. Le buffet est bien garnis. Il y a un peu de tout et à volonté donc c’est parfait. Voilà pourquoi mon avis est mitigé. Je ne sais pas si dans une autre chambre et plus élevé en étage, ça aurait changé ou pas.
