We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

Quartier horrible au milieu des SDF et toxicomanes.
En bordure d'autoroute : bruit infernal peu importe la chambre.
Seulement 2 serviettes de bain pour 4 !!! On demande à la réception, ils ne peuvent pas en fournir davantage.
Pas de frigo, ni de micro-ondes, même pas un sèche cheveux dans la chambre.
Petit déjeuner correct, literie confortable.

When I arrived I was charged a large fee of $110 to have my pets I. The room. This was not in the booking info.
Around midnight someone cut through the fabric bed cover on our truck.
Staff was very good at handling it, but it made for a lousy stay. And I was offered a full refund.

The television didn't work...full of ants...and door wouldn't lock. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...Horrible!!!

The property was very well kept. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. However, there was a surprise $200 CASH deposit required before check in, which I found unusual and quite inconvenient as I do not typically carry around that amount of money. There was no indication of such when I booked and paid for the room online. The night clerk was condescending and rude, but as it was late and I was exhausted I found an A** and produced the very unreasonable deposit. Although the facilities were great, I will NEVER stay there again

The staff was amazing! However, the area was a little dark. Our room faced several large trash bins. Also, the WIFI did not work and we were required to pay an extra $50.00 deposit at check in.

Right along the hwy 99 and was in an under desirable area to spend the night. There were at least two substance users hollering at the world and a couple more bums wandering around the facility.
• Room
Dirty carpet. Very small. Not enough area to put things.
• Amenities (for a room for two)
Two bath towels
One dirty wash cloth. Its center of as stained brown. - Never used see it
One hand towel
All the towels were old and worn down.
• Safety
A film of dried cleansing solution must have been present on the surface of the bath tub. Turned on the shower for a while and when it became wet, it made the bottom of the tub slippery. I stepped in it and fell hard in the shower. It was very painful.
I wasn’t expecting a Ritz-Carlton, but this place shouldn’t be in business.
