"There were a few things that I wish were provided such as a a safe box in the room. The promise was clean, the service was very friendly and accommodating, love the fact that you have a restaurant that stays open till 10 and you can get a cocktail. With that said, they need help learning how to mix drinks, and we had breakfast for four, and our breakfast is came at separate time so I believe this is due to lack of help. The rooms were clean, we love that they were connecting, these are just a few things that we feel could be improved. Our overall stay was wonderful. "

"The room itself was very satisfactory; it was spacious, had a kitchen with utensils, and a dining area with tables and chairs. There was a supermarket nearby where you could buy takeout to take back to the hotel, allowing you to enjoy a bit of a homey atmosphere while away. The only downside was that the front desk informed us upon check-in that it was overbooked and our room was unavailable. They could only move us to a smaller room. When I inquired about the smaller room being cheaper and how to get a refund for the price difference, the front desk gave me the manager's business card and told me to contact them myself. Only after repeated inquiries did I finally call the manager and discover that there was still a larger room available, but it was on the first floor. The whole process was quite tiring, so thankfully, it ended well."
