The staff was very nice, but it took a very long time to check in. The “hotel bar” was a few bottles of Heineken and one type of white wine. The rooms were clean and nice.

The excellent hotel to consider for your nice stay in Milan. Calm and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

여자직원분은 친절하시지만 영어를 잘 못하시는 분이시면 의사소통을 하기 조금 어려울 수도 있습니다. 방은 매우 쾌적하고 화장실도 깔끔했습니다. 호텔 역 주변에 아무것도 없는 것이 조금 아쉬웠지만 역이랑도 가까워서 짐을 옮기기가 매우 수월하고 좋습니다.

Nice place, nice welcome at the entry, clean and good looking. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep much, a part for a bit of noise from the street the real problem is the noise from the inside, people kept on walking around banging doors and moving forniture, I must say I’m quite sure it was service and not costumers. Unfortunate, the place looks good but that completely ruined my sleep, this happened a lot during the night.

When viewing the reviews for the Agape I was a touch surprised to see the poor standard of reviews overall. Thankfully our experience did not mirror these. The hotel is conveniently located about 3 minutes from a metro stop that is connected to the main transport station of the city which takes about 15 minutes to get to. The area of Crescenzago is quite nice with a park nearby and plenty of amenities including various restaurants and a perfect tiny family run shop which opens late and offers all of your essentials. Staff of the hotel were friendly and accommodating and looked after us with a kettle and fresh milk with no extra charge. Their level of English was incredible but they did their best to help us in any way they could. Breakfast is very tasty with a wide range of options and some really delicious cakes. Unfortunately, these cakes weren't served on the last day of our stay (perhaps due to low numbers staying in the hotel). One slight downfall was that over the weekend the staff looked overun by the demand and large amounts of options had disappeared and had not been replaced as well as a lack of cutlery being available until requested. The room was the highpoint of the hotel and was very modern and comfortable containing a huge range of TV channels. Air conditioning was fantastic and the shower was nice and spacious also. The room also offers a minibar which was perfect for chilling our water or chocolate! Bed was very cosy with fresh cleaning completed every day to a high standard. Staying in the Agape was a really positive experience overall and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably price hotel in the suburbs with a bit more to offer within it's price range.

Hotel très bien placé ! Très propre , changement régulier de serviettes et gel douche shampooing fournis avec les chaussons et suffisamment de serviettes. Les croissants sont offerts a l’accueil. 👍🏻 Personnels très gentil, ne parle pas le français dommage. Le point noir de notre sejours de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel est le bruit 😱😱😱 Tres mal insonorisé au dessus des chambres on entends les pas des gens rigoler et tousser 😱😱😱 Dans les couloirs on entends les gens sortir de leur chambre et pour couronner le tout nous avons un bebe à coté de notre chambre qui pleure jour et nuit et les parents qui lui crient dessus bref bien dommageable nous recommandons pas cette hotel pour les personnes qui demandent un minimum de bruit pour trouver le sommeil 🥹🥹 avec 2 enfants en bas âges impossible pour eux de trouver le sommeil nous ne reviendrons pas pour le bruit.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla fermata della metro personale veramente gentile, un 4 stelle con il giusto comfort. Possibilità di parcheggio all' interno della struttura (a pagamento) vicinanza di bar e pizzeria trattoria. Lo consiglio per visitare Milano in tranquillità

Come ho scritto nel titolo "un stella in più" perché sicuramente la merita, un piccolo albergo ma con camere ben arredate, pulizia al top le lenzuola profumavano di fresco, ottima la colazione sia per quantità che per qualità.Molto comodo a pochi metri dalla metropolitana, direi che questo è il suo valore aggiunto. Tutto il personale molto disponibile, tutto questo per un costo onesto e alla portata del turista medio.

Siamo stati qui in questo hotel per 3 notti a cavallo del capodanno. Eravamo in 11 e abbiamo pernottato in 3 stanze diverse. Ottimo hotel, buona pulizia, abbastanza moderno. Non male come posizione visto che è a 3 minuti a piedi da una fermata di metro, quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Sicuramente un punto di forza è la gentilezza e la cordialità di chi ci lavora. In particolare del signor Fabio, che ci ha dato un’aiuto non indifferente nel contattare svariate compagnie di taxi per la notte di capodanno, e sempre pronto con una parola gentile nei nostri confronti. In generale consigliato, tornerò sicuramente!

Girando molto ho soggiornato in diversi hotel, mai mi era capitato di dover pagare il soggiorno all'arrivo e non alla partenza, cosa avvenuta credo solamente a me ,in quanto mi sono trovato ad attendere la registrazione di un'altra coppia, e a loro non hanno chiesto il saldo stanza all'ingresso. Un hotel nella media, 4 stelle sono troppe. Camera ben arredata, vista interna sull'ingresso parcheggio e posteriore all'hotel. Ci hanno assegnato una camera comunicante con un'altra camera dove soggiornava una coppia dell'est Europa e alle 5 di mattina hanno iniziato ad urlare. Ho fatto presente l'accaduto la mattina prima di uscire ma non hanno preso provvedimenti. Colazione ben assortita ma senza descrizione. Hotel nella norma.

Hôtel bien situé, dans un joli quartier résidentiel avec parking 🅿️ privé à 15€ par jour. Très déçu pour un 4****, je trouve que sa ne les vaut pas. Le bar est aussi la salle du petit-déjeuner, décevant pour un bar. L’ascenseur vraiment petit, notre poussette ne passait pas toujours la plier. La chambre très bien standard.
