Hotel terbaik di Montague

I paid $250 for one night in this hotel. It smelled of must and was lacking staff to take care of basic needs. The hotel is also located in a back alley and is not up to the standards of the Hampton Inn name. I went down to the lobby around 6:00a for coffee as I needed to leave the hotel by 7:00 for an engagement in the area. My coffee was lukewarm, fine it wasn’t fresh. But when I went back up to my room the key didn’t work (seems to be a common theme in this hotel). So went back down to the lobby for assistance. There was no one at the front desk and nothing to alert anyone that you need assistance. I waited a but and no staff around. I saw a crack in the breakfast nook door. I knocked - but the music so loud it was on deaf ears. I then called out “hello” and was met by a cranky man. I let him know I was locked out of my room (key decided not to work, happened to many in my group) and was told I couldn’t be helped because he needed to make breakfast or he’d be “*****ed at”. Also stated he wasn’t aware there was an early group needing breakfast and he was by himself (breakfast posted as beginning at 6). I let him know I was on a early time schedule and needed to be able to get back in my room ASAP and was there anyone that could help me. He begrudgingly helped me but stayed “I better not burn the eggs”. While waiting for my key to be fixed another women came down and asked to be checked out. He told her he couldn’t check her out because he was the only one there and needed to prepare breakfast. Needless to say she was not happy. How can a hotel that charged $250 for a night not have front desk staff and someone to prepare breakfast?! Also the remote did not work in our room and the hotel itself was not the cleanest. Do not pay more than $80 - $100 to stay at this location. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. And $80 - $100 a night pushing it!

有百年歷史的傳統美式酒店，環境優美，設施完備，乾淨舒適。酒店大堂有帶壁爐的休息區，每天早上有免費咖啡，下午有當地特色甜甜圈供客人亨用。飯店也很好吃。

1 Bedroom Suite, 2 Queen Beds. The location of the hotel is convenient, but lots of construction going on Route 9 into Northampton and Amherst. The room is very spacious, could use more furniture in living room area. A couch and a chair was only furniture. The staff was very nice, plenty of parking and well lite. Water Pressure is very low, called maintenance first day to see if something was wrong, was told ”we get that complaint a lot”, and there was nothing he could do about it. If you take a shower later in the morning, good luck with hot water or water pressure. Absolutely the worse breakfast spread that I've ever had, frozen hard boiled eggs, cold tater tots for breakfast. And not just once either!

It is basic. I like that windows open. It was fairly clean. But the towels were small and the pillows flat. If it was $79 a night I’d be fine with it but for over three hundred I expect more. There is nothing to eat here or near here. The pool area is surprisingly big. There is decent coffee in lobby. You can pay to do laundry. You can pay more and get better pillows and snacks. Really? Pay more than three hundred to get better pillows? What a joke.

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting one of the local colleges. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was very clean and everything was in good working order. Without being asked, an employee dropped off linens for the sofa bed in the evening. I liked that they offered a free local newspaper. Hotel is in walking distance to several restaurants. Pool is small but nice, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Didn’t use gym but looked good. The hotel grounds have green spaces and are more scenic than your typical Courtyard. The restaurant is not open so they provide a free continental breakfast. I felt it was adequate. Was able to get coffee, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Courtyard is my favorite brand and I think I prefer this free breakfast to the usual one that you can purchase. All in all, very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this property!

We came up for the weekend and all went well. The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the breakfast was fine. It’s close to town and close to restaurants. I would stay there again.
