Hotel con personale gentilissimo, ottima pulizia, asciugamani in buona spugna grossa e morbida, accappatoio e telo spa ottimi, zona piscine grande, da tornare in primavera per la zona giardino. Spa molto bella, personale molt preparato e gentile, ottimi i prodotti utilizzati. Colazione servita in una grande sala ben apparecchiata, buffet molto abbondante e variegato. Cena servita in sala diversa dalla colazione, buffet antipasti, verdure e dolci abbondante e variegato, cibo molto buono, servizio impeccabile. Camera: nota dolente! Letto comodo ma la stanza non rispecchia una superior 4 stelle per insonorizzazione, posizione televisione e bagno; mi è già stato detto che l'hotel chiuderà da giugno a settembre per ristrutturazione. Accoglienza cani ottima, trovato 2 ciotole in acciaio e un pannetto che poteva essere cuccia o sottociotole (io la cuccia la porto da casa per i suoi odori), sovrapprezzo giusto per il cane. Nel complesso da tornare alla riapertura, dopo la ristrutturazione.

Just came back from happy stay at Hotel Terme delle Nazioni. From the moment we arrived, I felt nice, calm and relaxing atmosphere which was promising for a good stay and I wasn’t wrong😊 Very happy to stay in the lovely and comfortable white room, every personnel from the reception to dining/breakfast room were nice and kind…special thanks to Sig.ra T at the reception, who sorted a little issue with my reservation, took appropriate action with my email correspondence, and kindly let us check in early as we arrived quite earlier than their check-in time. Water in the swimming pool was perfect temperature and well maintained. It was good as there weren’t many people in and out of water at the time we were there. Dinner and breakfast was OK. It would be good if they offer freshly squeezed orange juice and more selections of cooked food for breakfast. Too bad Montegrotto terme is so far from home. I can’t wait for the soonest opportunity to return for the longer stay!

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

We stayed here for seven days on holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my birthday. Check in was simple and quick, but we initially thought the half board price was too inflated. However we quickly realized that they have created an atmosphere for experiencing wonderful foods and wines while enjoying the company of your partner, family, friends or colleagues. Meals became events to treasure. The pools and spa area are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Our room was small but quiet and temperature-controlled to our preference. The train station is about a 250 meter walk from the lobby. The front desk clerks can assist in securing and coordinating any of several guided tours to wineries or historical landmarks. I will stay here again whenever our travels bring us to the area. It was a fantastic and relaxing experience!

All modern rooms are air conditioned and feature a minibar, safe and LCD TV. Breakfast is buffet style and is served in the Atmosphere Restaurant. The large restaurant serves Italian cuisine with specialities from the Veneto region and fine desserts. Guests at the Hotel Plaza Panoramic have plenty of ways to relax. There are 3 linked thermal pools, one of which is indoors and features a hydromassage corner. The spa offers massages and beauty treatments. It also features a Finnish sauna and a Tepidarium, which is a traditional heated area of the Roman baths. Guests staying at the Hotel Plaza have good road links and train connections around Veneto. Padua, Venice and Verona are all reached in around an hour by train or car. The surrounding area also has a number of popular golf clubs, where guests have discounts.

Absolutely luxury hospitality and facilities for an optimal price! The best value! The staff is amazing, location is great! Helvetia means great generosity, top cuisine, sophisticated and genuine in approach to restaurant, spa, bar, cultural program and absolutely all! Here the guests mostly stay numerous times, like we multiple times, i have met guests who stayed more than 10 times and are returning again! My stay was to have been 7 nights- two of those I was not even on property, but still kept my room, while in Venice, in order to keep larger luggage and items I did not need here. The early evening front desk gentleman, is curt, impatient, and then as you walk away says things about you literally behind your back, but so you DO hear him. I was so deeply hurt. All I was asking for was a couple of bottles of water for my room. He was I and my husband are Diamond Status/ have close to a million points accrued with them, with this hotel group, and he treated me so unkindly, that I am literally leaving the property, 3 days early and going elsewhere. IT really set a tone. The restaurant service staff, works sooo hard, but the food is sub par, and a limited repetitive menu. I have been in 3 other properties on this ”Tour Of Italy”, and I simply do not recommend it. Their bar: whereas other properties are all back to functioning normally in a world that has seemingly recovered from Covid, this property has zero bar stools, so you have to stand at the bar, and are not encouraged to stay, and the setting is not at all conducive to enjoying a drink. Rather, they have seating in a BRIGHTLY lit area, seemingly cafeteria style.. which is not conducive to relaxing, and decompressing from your day. However, other Crown Plaza Properties in Italy, do have what would be deemed normal, traditional, bar and lounge settings. SO, what is the problem with this place? This was my birthday trip, and I deeply regret coming here to stay- for soo many reasons. OH, and they were doing construction right across from my room, to the point I could not sleep!!! I called downstairs more than once begging them to stop, that I was sick and needed to rest- they essentially told me ”Too bad”, ”The construction had to continue”, and offered absolutely zero in compensation for the noise and preventing me to sleep.
