1、位置比較偏僻，在山腳下，是個三層別墅，一層四個房間。適合自駕家庭，要不然前不着村、後不着店，不好出入，周圍幾乎沒啥吃的。建議吃完晚飯再入住。 2、整體環境衹能説還可以，但是與圖片不符，屋內沒有茶座，本來想喝點茶，但是計劃作廢。如果你不幸被安排在酒店邊房，那更是嚴重不符，衹有介紹面積一半大小，而且廁所沒有排風，如果你朋友不小心上個廁所，你懂的。門都打開至少放個半小時以上有可能味道散去，還未放進來點飛蟲之類的東西，屋內手紙、牙具也沒配備，還好自己帶了。也懶得和服務人員要。 3、最讓人生氣的是早餐，十一假期泰山人多，其實想早晨6點多，泰山一開門就去爬，好避開一點人流。但是奈何帶父母出來玩，合計早餐7點開始，還是吃完早餐再去。結果6點50到餐廳屋內已有4人等待，工作人員還沒來。7點03工作人員來了問一下多久開始，如果晚就不等了，説五分鐘，結果7點18了就上來這三樣，上來粥五分鐘不到轟搶沒，還有人沒喝到。油條也沒盤子，大家要不徒手抓，要不拿碗放，就是盤子也沒有。這18分屋內已經多到30人了，可想而知遊泰山排隊前邊等出多少人了。讓父母簡單吃一口撤退了。 4、民宿服務人員不錯，餐廳一般。整體體驗感差。
