Disappointed with the services provided. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and the amenities were subpar. Major issues:
1. Non-functional tv and wifi : the tv in my room didn't work, and the wifi connection was extremely poor. Despite repeated complaints, the issue was never resolved. 2. Unhygienic washroom : the washroom was in a deplorable condition, with zero attention to hygiene. 3. False commitments : the hotel's commitments were misleading and false. 4. Poor staff behavior: the hotel staff's behavior was rude and uncooperative. Other concerns:
- lack of maintenance and upkeep
- inadequate customer service
- unprofessional front desk staff
