１月３日～４泊でお世話になり、気に入ったので、２月２０日～３月１０日まで１９泊宿泊しました～～～屋台村・国際通り・やちむん通り等全て徒歩圏内 部屋に洗濯乾燥機が有るので、毎日洗濯出来るので、荷物も少なくすみ １階にバーが有るし、宿泊客はチャージ料無料なので、安く飲めます、べろべろに酔っ払ってもエレベーターで上がるだけなので最高に便利です～レンタカーを借りてもホテルの表と裏に駐車場が有り１日千円です、フロントに無料のコーヒーが有るので、毎日利用しました～コーヒー好きの私は大満足～那覇に宿泊する時はまたお世話になります。

場所の立地がよかったです。国際通りあたりで夕ご飯をとるにはちょっと歩けばたくさんのお店がたくさんあるのでとても素晴らしかったです。部屋はセミダブルルームを選択しました。大人2人泊まる分には問題のない広さと清潔感でした。設置されているシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、フェイスウォッシュも良いのを使っていて髪がキシキシなどはせず気持ちよく使えました。 部屋のアメニティですが、ウェルカムドリンクはなく、エレベーター横にあるウォーターサーバーから、部屋にあるコップに水を入れにいかなければならずそこ少し残念でした。ただまた那覇へ泊まる際には部屋が空いていればぜひ泊まりたいと思います。結婚記念日の旨も予約の際に伝えたら会計時にお菓子をいただきました。ありがどうございます。 朝食は品数も結構あり、大変満足しました。 グリーンカレーはかなり辛くてむせてしまうほどでしたがおいしかったです。出来れば辛いですなど注意書きぐあると嬉しいです。また泊まった際にはぜひいただきたいと思います

家族3人での沖縄旅行の際に利用しました。国際通りの真ん中あたりから100mくらい(徒歩1分)入ったところにあって、国際通りでの食事やショッピングにとても便利でした。 ホテルに駐車場は無いものの、直ぐ近くにコインパーキングが有り24時間1,100円でしたので不便は感じませんでした。 ホテルに部屋にはダブルベッドが2つあり、大人3人でも問題なく寝られました。また、トイレとお風呂が別々になっているためお風呂にお湯を張ってゆっくりとお湯に浸かる事ができます。部屋には洗濯機があるため汚れた洋服を洗濯することもできました。 少し気になったのはエレベーターの中の芳香剤の臭いがきつかった事でしたが、それ以外は2泊に滞在において特に問題はありませんでした。 次回も沖縄旅行の機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

ダイビング旅行で4泊利用しました。 那覇市内には、ダイビング器材の洗場・干場があるホテルがほとんどないので、器材を洗える浴槽と器材を干せるベランダがあるコンドミニアムタイプのホテルが第一選択肢となります。 その中でも、こちらのホテルは牧志駅から徒歩2分（信号次第 笑）、国際通りまで10秒という抜群の立地で、食事や買い物に悩むこともなく、大変便利に過ごせます。 チェックイン後は、フロントを通らず正面玄関横の施錠されたドアから出入りできるので、アパート感覚で滞在できます。 コンドミニアムと言っても、キッチンはなく、洗濯機・乾燥機・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・電気ポットがあるだけで、自炊には向かないかも。 難点は、壁がコンクリート打ちっぱなしのせいか、隣室との遮音性が全くなく、隣室の人によっては苦痛を感じるかも知れません。 国際通りの近くのせいか、特に週末は夜中でも騒がしく、暴走族や若者の叫び声で何度も目が覚めます。

The rooms are good, clean and very quiet at night. Breakfast is tasty and free ramen, free beer serviced at night. There are hot spring and free laundry in the hotel, kids were really enjoying. The location is so good, near by 國際通 and 牧志駅. The only thing I did not satisfied is there are only 2 elevators in the hostel, you will need to wait for an while if its busy. The stairs only applicable from 1階 to 2階( where the restaurant located). The stairs higher than 3階 are only for emergency use.

女ひとり旅できました。国際通りの中央付近にあり観光してそのまま泊まれるのでとても良い立地でリーズナブルです。受付の方も皆優しかったのでここにしてよかったです！ ただ国際通りの目の前でカラオケの上にあるので夜中はだいぶ音が聞こえて夜静かでないと眠れない人は寝付きにくいかもです。

地段很不錯，附近地勢平坦，走路去哪裡都很方便。樓下很近的地方有兩個便利店，泊港走過去也很近，可以乘船去渡嘉敷島。走去新都心也就一刻鐘時間。酒店式公寓，雖然沒有酒店那樣24小時服務，但該有的設備和服務都有，衞生搞的一絲不苟一根頭髮都沒有，比大部分賓館乾淨多了。這點非常棒！ 房間裏有廚房和冰箱，可以自己做飯很方便！衞生間有洗衣機和烘乾機，中長期逗留太方便了。基本上廚房和洗烘設備是我選擇這家condo的主要原因。有家的感覺。居然還有蒸臉的機器，每天洗完澡來蒸一下，太讚了。 和隔壁房間的隔音很不錯，住了7天沒聽到隔壁聲音，也有可能日本人都挺安靜的。但因為房間和陽臺中間有新風系統，加上西邊不遠處有條大馬路晚上有時候會聽到警車拉着警笛追趕炸街的摩託車。但多虧了這個24小時新風系統，家人感冒沒有傳染給我。 陽台上的景色不錯。可以看到泊港的海，住的很舒適！工作人員英語不錯，全程交流無障礙。
