Hotel was good,rooms were neat and clean, had to climb stairs as there were no lift which is common in mountains. Big and spacious rooms but what ruined our trip was the manager who charged ₹1000 for two rooms for early check in and ₹2000 for extra bedding which was way too much compared to other hotels in Nainital.
While the hotel isn’t even on the main road, you have to walk for 10 minutes from Mall Road to reach at the hotel.

2 -they are charging more as per there facilities. I upgraded my room to superior but there spring bed mattress is terrible not able to sleep properly due to irritation of spring making noise and pinching of their nails. No breakfast included with such amount. Cleanliness is ok ok staff is friendly. Furniture need to be upgraded

Very poor experience in this hotel. Yaha tak jane ka rasta bahut hi kharab h. Bs view aacha h yaha se baki hotel rooms bilkul bhi saaf nah i h, bathroom k shower or tap kharab h.

Parking not available. Accommodation is only for 3 people while they took the booking for 5. Bed sheets are not well cleaned and the room is also not properly cleaned. You may face problems with monkeys. Stuffs are very late at fulfilling requirements. Kitchen and fooding facilities are fast and foods are tasty as well but a bit overpriced. The view from balcony is magnificent.

Hotel building is in very old condition, rooms are very small and unplanned. Even the mattress has bed bugs and mattresses spring very hurtling our body. Very worst experience

The bathroom of room no. 20 does not have the lock it was broken and was not repaired and the telephone service was also not working we need to go to the reception for the complaints or for asking something but the view from the hotel was very beautiful
