Hotel berhampiran Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Naples

非常好的公寓酒店，位置很方便，也很安全。我們提前一天到達想要放行李，前台毫不猶豫的同意了，並且服務態度很好，為我們推薦路線和餐廳。房間很大（我們入住早應該是最大的一套房），有兩個陽台，一個很大很現代的洗手間，還有藍牙系統，咖啡機，兩台電視機等設備。早飯簡單，但服務周到。唯一的問題就是不好找，大樓門前的小標誌根本看不到，我們是打電話才聯繫到的。

Sono stato più volte in questo B&B ed ogni volta sono stato benissimo. Stanze confortevoli ed accoglienti. La pulizia è ottima. Inoltre il B&B si trova a due passi dal centro storico. La ragazza alla reception è molto cordiale e parla benissimo l'inglese, sa indicarti le zone di Napoli da visitare e dove andare per pranzo e per cena. Consigliatissimo.

San Michele is one of the cleanest relative inexpensive hotels where I've stayed (I've stayed in hundreds of different hotels in more than 40 countries just because of my work). By cleanliness I mean that, for example, the stone tile floor of the room was cleaned every day, and the bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast was reasonably rich in Italian terms. The location of the hotel is nice, in the Old Town (Centro Storico). The interior of the hotel is much neater than the facade looks.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

There is something smelly inside the room and the airconditioning is not that cold enough. Breakfast is lovely and satisfying. Good location. Cleanliness is just ok. Services as well is ok

Our second time of staying at this hotel. Some language difficulties otherwise service was great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is right on centre of town with easy access to everything. Will certainly seek to stay there when next we visit Naples.

Stayed here for 5 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Great hotel, handy for the train station and metro system which we used every day to get around Naples. Had a nice modern room with a balcony. The road outside is very busy but the double glazed doors kept out all the noise. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely go back.

Siamo stati accolti in questa struttura da signor Armando, una persona gentilissima e disponibile, nonostante all inizio avessimo avuto un piccolo incomprensione con la prenotazione, il problema è stato risolto in pochi minuti, per il resto non bastano solo 5 stelle per descrivere la cortesia e l organizzazione, ma soprattutto l igiene e la pulizia! Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.
