Hotel berhampiran Nanto Bank Head Office, Nara

Room was small probably because of the extra sofa bed but it was very convenient and clean. Great location. Close to Nara park and the station. The restaurant is also very nice.

Nara Visitor Centre and Inn is charming place located right next to Sarasuwa pond. It is about 7 mins walk from the Kintetsu Nara station. Very near to Kofukuji temple. I stayed from 15-17 June 2023. I felt warmly received by the staff on duty at the inn. Quite a lot of them are Mandarin and English speaking. I really appreciate one of the elderly gentleman’s staff warmth when he took the time to explain to me the attractions around the inn that I can visit, and he speaks Mandarin very well! I also appreciate the other staff’s eagerness to assist when I asked them questions about tours or to recommend places for breakfast. A shoutout also to Yukina, who entertained me when I wanted to do the cosplay and Japanese calligraphy. I also really enjoyed the Japanese dance activity provided during my stay. I really enjoyed my stay here :) I booked a Japanese style room, 8 tatami mats. Spacious for 1. Toiletries provided are sufficient. view from the room showed Kofukuji temple but was blocked by a tree. The only issue I had was that I was given the room at the end of the corridor. I personally preferred not to have a room at end of corridor for personal reasons, but the room was bright, airy and comfortable, and I was happy with it so did not request for a change.

一見時代を感じる建物ですが、一歩足を踏み入れると丁寧にお手入れされた懐かしい空間が広がっていました。 宿泊したお部屋「淡藤」は本当に素敵なお部屋でした。 広々とした畳のお部屋で、天井も高く「祖父母の家に泊まりに来た」気分を味わえます。夜になりお庭を見たらさり気なくライトアップされていて、粋だなぁと思いました。 コロナ禍ということもあり、スタッフの方とお会いできたのは1度だけでしたが、それでもおもてなしの心をたっぷり感じ取ることができました。 またおじゃまさせていただきたいと思います。

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and loved it. The staff was very nice and check in/out was simple. The hotel had a lot of traditional aspects to it and I loved the room. The room was traditional and modern and had all the needed amenities. The hotel is right by the station and a short walk from Nara Park and the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

デイユースで利用しました。12時間滞在で3500円、さらのデイユースプランでも朝食がつきます。個人的にアボカドと鶏肉の炒め物が美味しかったです。スムージーまで用意されていて満足できました。 　 　 　 お部屋は窓の外がビルの壁しかない部屋と、景色が広い部屋があるので、あらかじめ景色の広い部屋をリクエストしたほうがいいです。一階のカフェスペースも10時以降自由に使えてコーヒー飲み放題でした。テレワークでこの宿はオススメできます。

整體是非常棒的體驗，所以給了5星🌟！先説優點： 1、酒店內部裝潢的木材非常有大自然的氣息，極簡中帶點奢華，給人很舒服的感覺☺️ 2、露天温泉池體驗也非常好，景美，如果缸能再大一點就更好了，否則一個房間住2-3人完全沒辦法在50分鐘內體驗到位，這點就不是很人性化，人多人少都衹給你50分鐘，並且缸太小最多也就一個人進去泡，其他人得等在外面，情侶也沒辦法同時享受。🥺🥺🥺 3、另外餐食還不錯，中規中矩，飲料另算，特別驚艷的味道也不多，頭道冷菜最好吃 4、晚上的若草山夜景很棒，這個必須點贊！酒店會開車送你上山看👍 再來説説很有必要改進的點： 1、酒店服務略顯尷尬，態度是極好的，但總有説不上來的違和感，比如checkin時跪式服務，到後面用餐活動，給你checkin的服務員甚至都不記得你的姓和哪間房間（對一個如此小規模，沒幾間房的精品民宿來説不應該），流程化痕跡明顯，並且説會幫忙問隔天早上私人温泉是否有空位都沒有下文了。🐶 2、房間床上的枕頭很不舒服，太高了，並且兩個枕頭都很高沒有差異，也沒得選，小心落枕。👴 3、包的一頓晚餐不含酒水和菜品升級需要另外點，但我們沒點，退房的時候女將還要特意來問我們收錢，當我們表達了困惑，她才問我們晚餐有沒有點額外的酒水。拜託，客人點沒點你們沒有記錄嗎？退房的時間要客人自己確認豈不是很失禮？🙁 4、觀察了下當天住宿的賓客，基本上中國人（含港台）居多，其次也有少數歐美人和日本客人，但酒店居然沒有説中文的服務員，除了日語就是強行背詞的日式英語。想説雖然也可以用英文溝通，但是萬一不會説，全程雞同鴨講真的有在尊重中國客人嗎？畢竟這樣溝通無比吃力，有些日本人講的英語還聽不懂，不知道酒店方是怎麼在中國客人如此多，還開微博推廣的情況下沒有會説中文的服務員？🙁

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so friendly. We especially loved our interaction with Thapa Bishal during breakfast! He served our table and was the most friendly, kind and genuine person we met. Once in a while you come across people who are exceptional and one of a kind people and Thapa was that person for us. He made our stay so memorable by getting to know us, sharing more about himself, and he even made our son an origami deer :) incredibly thoughtful and a very meaningful stay. For my family, it’s the interactions that make the hotel stay feel so warm and welcoming. Thanks for making our experience so wonderful and letting us experience a little bit of your warm hotel culture and service 🤍

時間限定ではありますが、温泉上がりのビールとアイスクリームのサービスは非常に嬉しかったです。朝食バイキングは8時頃行ったらタイミング悪く品切れの物もありましたが、天ぷらを目の前で揚げてくれたので、揚げたてが頂けて美味しかったです。

Kuil Horyu ialah sebuah bandar yang tenang dengan jalan dan lorong kecil. Ia mempunyai kedua-dua kehidupan harian dan pemandangan mesra pelancong. Saya suka kedai koperasi di sini. Hotel ini baru dibuka, betul-betul di sebelah tempat yang indah, ia mungkin pada hari bekerja, sangat berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar, berharap dapat berpeluang datang lagi pada masa akan datang

Ia agak tersembunyi dan sukar untuk difahami, tetapi ia adalah baik bahawa peralatan telah tersedia! Meja depan berbau sedikit rokok, tetapi saya tidak fikir sesetengah orang mengambil berat tentangnya, jadi saya fikir ia tidak mengapa! Ia bersih dan selesa!
