Hotel di Neukirchen am Grossvenediger

Nicht unser erster und wird auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol sein, jedoch sind wir ein anderes Service gewohnt. Diesmal war das Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie man es vom Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol gewohnt ist. Am Boden lag Schmutz und Haare. Das Zimmer war veraltet.

Wir haben zu zweit drei großartige Tage im Hotel Heitzmann verbracht. Angefangen bei dem immer ausgesprochen köstlichen Abendmenü und Frühstück im klassischen und äußerst gemütlichen Restaurant bis zu den modernen Zimmern mit schönen Holzböden hat einfach alles unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und hatte auch den ein oder anderen Tipp für Aktivitäten in der Gegend parat. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral am Stadtplatz von Mittersill situiert, von dem aus man nach ca. 10-minütiger Fahrt die Gondel erreicht. Auch eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - so haben wir das gemacht - können wir empfehlen, da sich direkt vor dem Hotel die Busstation befindet, an der u.a. Busse Richtung Kitzbühel oder Zell am See halten. Da wir eben ohne Auto unterwegs waren, nahmen wir jeden Tag in der Früh den mehrmals pro Stunde fahrenden und für Schifahrer kostenlosen Schibus zur Gondelstation, der ebenfalls direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt. Die Fahrpläne wurden uns vom Hotel zu Verfügung gestellt, die Busse kamen immer pünktlich und zuverlässig. Und das Schigebiet Mittersill-Kitzbühel ist sowieso ein Traum. Unser Zimmer lag auf der linken Seite des Gebäudes im 2. Stock und war durch einen Lift erreichbar. Es war äußerst sauber und ruhig gelegen, nur um 7 Uhr morgens wird man von den Kirchturmglocken geweckt, was uns aber nicht wirklich etwas ausmachte. Wellnessbereich und Schikeller super! Das Hotelpersonal ging auf alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche ein und war in jeder Situation hilfreich und liebenswürdig. Aus all diesem Gründen haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel Heitzmann nur wärmstens empfehlen!
