The Surrey A Corinthia Hotel

Beautifully renovated recently and no expense was spared! Noah Durliat front desk manager welcomed us and was delightful. When he found out it was my birthday weekend he made several special arrangements for us including a room upgrade and a birthday cake on my birthday. The mini bar was like no other I have ever seen! It has everything you could possibly imagine, including a lime wedge for your cocktails. The complimentary car service was also an unexpected treat. The BMW 7 series with massaging seats was luxurious and Kevin was an excellent driver!! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend The Surrey to all our friends traveling to NYC.

The Surrey hotel just re- opened in October 2024 after an extensive renovation. Everything about it is fantastic. It is in a great upper east side location, the staff is extraordinary and they all strive to exceed any expectation you may have. Noah at the front desk was especially attentive and went above and beyond! The room was comfortable and lovely. Beautiful linens and those extra thick windows that keep out the city noises. I am a Bemelmans fan because I love the decor, feel and vibe. The Surrey lounge is, of course, more modern but equally as intimate, clubby, great decor and equally great vibe! Book a stay - you wont be disappointed. I am definitely a fan and going back!

If you are looking for a experience that makes you feel like you are in your own private hotel, than look no further than the The Surrey. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed as if they were impatiently awaiting my arrival. As I walked in the door held open by the doorman to check-in it felt as if I was on the proverbial red carpet. I was greeted every step of the way as I made my way to the front desk. At the front desk I was greeted by Anthony Figueroa to begin check-in. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the hotel accommodations and all amenities The Surrey has to offer. It never felt rushed, again making me feel like I had the entire hotel to myself. It didn't stop there as Anthony walked me up to my room and once inside walked me through all aspects of the room to help me get settled in. Speaking of the room, it was just outstanding! The suite offered me a dining and living room area, a king size bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom with a large walk in shower, double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. With a room like this it makes it very hard to leave the hotel. But the service didn't stop there. The staff continued to cater to my needs throughout my stay and each day made sure to check in and see how everything was and if there was anything more they can do to make my stay more comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels across the globe for both business and personal travel and many have had great accommodations and amenities but I have to say none come close to The Surrey especially when you factor in the level of service. Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently stayed at The Surrey Hotel in New York City and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed!!!! Definitely one of the best night's sleeps we had, and we travel quite a bit. The restaurant and staff were great. So friendly. And speaking of the staff... I need to give a special shoutout to Anthony Figueroa at the front desk. He made my stay truly memorable. We had flown all night, and we were exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. Anthony was able to pick up on that and gave us such a warm welcome, and right away called to make sure our room was ready, so as soon as the check-in process was complete, we can go right upstairs to relax. He made sure to ask if we needed anything right then and there, or if there was anything he can do to make our stay more comfortable. He gave great recommendations as well. I was in hospitality for many years, and Anthony's local knowledge, and exceptional customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend The Surrey Hotel, especially if you're greeted by Anthony!

I very much enjoyed my stay. All of the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming and this is what made the experience so lovely. Noah went above and beyond to make it a special stay. Absolutely loved the spa. My new favorite hotel in NYC and look forward to returning.

the best service you could ask.. ve been staying different 5 starts hotel in Manhattan, I will always pick the Surrey.. The room and facilities are super well maintained and designed, really enjoyed each time I stayed there. You will never disappoint
