Lovely small room w thin walls but amazingly clean with great flare /design/optimization of tight quarters .. fifth ave two doors down … ie perfect herald sq shopping vicinity plus grest restaurants /bars … a 3 day wonderful trip w a speedy check in /out process…. The Draper…. Wonderful for those exploring the city and wishing to avoid the safety concerns of times sq!

The room is not big, in the middle district of New York City, this area is OK. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the front desk clerk is friendly, and I will stay here next time.

The room is very spacious and clean, and there's a coffee machine. The lounge is also very large and quiet, perfect for both work and vacation. It's less than a 20-minute walk to Columbia University.

Compared with urban hotels, facilities need to be improved. The service staff is polite and answer all questions. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the travel is convenient. Across the road is the train station.

The room assigned was on the internal side, unfortunately very noisy and the double glazing does not help eliminate the noise. I asked for a room change but it wasn't possible because it was full but they provided earplugs. Impeccable cleanliness and perfect services.
