Cari Hotel baru di Busan

"We arrived at the hotel around 8 am and couldn't check in yet, but a staff member named Jimmy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We opted to use the spa for a shower and onsen bath, costing 10,000 won per person. After that, we were able to check in before noon, which was earlier than scheduled. Overall, the check-in process was excellent. On the first night, we left the room around noon and asked housekeeping to clean it as usual. When we returned late at night, the bathroom was tidy, but the bed hadn't been made – we don't know why. On the second night,we returned at23.00 there was only one towel in the bathroom. On the third night, we requested four bottles of water, leaving a note on the table before leaving, but only received two. The fourth and fifth nights were normal. We spoke with reception, and they said the housekeeping staff were overloaded and losing focus, and it wasn't just our room; several rooms were experiencing the same issue. We told them that a hotel of this caliber shouldn't be like this, but we didn't receive any compensation from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, new, convenient, close to the subway, and has a CU supermarket and a delicious bakery downstairs. The only thing we'd like to see improved is the service. We stayed for five nights in total."

"I loved everything about this hotel! The location is amazing—so close to the metro and just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, making it incredibly easy to get around. The view from the room was stunning and added a special touch to my trip. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"사진상 보이는 바와같이 똑같이 너무 깨끗하고 뻥뚤린 뷰에 너무 감사히 잘 묵고왔어요~ 다음 부산여행을 하게되면 꼭 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶을 만큼 룸컨디션이 너무 좋았습니다~ 호텔 바로 옆,앞 비프거리 깡통시장 자갈치 시장 근거리 걸어 다닐수 있어서 정말 최고입니다~!! 진짜 흠이라면 suv차량 주차 일듯한데 운좋게 그날 주차하려 내려가서 출차되는 차량이 있어 마침 주차 가능했습니다~ suv차량은 지하1층에 몇대만 주차할수있는거 빼고는 100점 만점에 만족도 9.9점입니다~^^ 사진도 제가 직접 찍어 보았습니다~ 착한가격 또한 감사합니다~"

"Our stay at this hotel in Busan was excellent from start to finish. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. One feature we really appreciated was the in-room clothing care machine, which was so convenient for refreshing and drying clothes after a long day exploring the city. The hotel staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxing. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan."

"The room was excellent, exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the plumbing. We were in room 202 and the toilet clogged after 2-3 flushes. The shower area wouldn't drain properly either."

"2回目の宿泊です。 立地がよくチャガルチ駅近くなので、南浦洞、国際市場、富平カントン市場、近くにDAISO、前にコンビニとどこに行くにも便利です。新しくキレイなこととお部屋からの景色も良いので、リピートしました。 欠点が1つあります！トイレットペーパーが流せないことです。それでも、リピートしようと思えるよい環境です。 前回は注意喚起や表示もなく知らずに流し、大惨事でした。今回は口頭での注意喚起はなかったですが、トイレに表示されており、改善が見られて安心しました。 せっかくキッキンがあるので簡単な調理ができて、カトラリーもあるともっと便利だと思います。"

Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan kakitangan keselamatan semuanya baik dan mesra. Kemudahannya sangat baik, jadi saya ingin menginap lagi. Rasanya lebih seperti tinggal di apartmen mewah bertingkat tinggi daripada menginap di hotel. Terdapat dapur, tetapi tiada peralatan memasak atau pinggan mangkuk. Mug, kopi, teh dan uncang teh disediakan. Terdapat sebuah kedai serbaneka di tingkat satu premis."

"바다가 없는 노잼도시 대전에서 온 사람이라 겉옷이 얇아질 만큼 날씨 풀리자마자 바로 광안리로 달려왔어요! 진짜 호텔 아늑해서 깜짝 놀랐습니다.;;;;; 낮에는 광안리 해변 걷다가 사진좀 찍고 회 먹고 밤에는 호텔에서 푹 쉬었습니다, 여기 분위기가 정말 미쳤습니다. 완벽한 여행의 마무리는 무금!!!!!!!!!!!! 개인적으로 좋았던 점 1. 조용조용함 2. 침구가 완전 미쳤음 ♥ 3. 근처 호텔에 비하면 완전 저렴함"
