Hotel dengan WiFi di Newcastle

Lokasinya sangat bagus. Biliknya bersih dan selesa. Terdapat sebuah bilik kecil untuk simpanan bagasi. Sangat selamat.

A friend who was also staying at the hotel had an accident away from the hotel. He tripped over a paving kerb cutting his head. The reception staff were very helpful in cleaning the cut and supplying plasters.

Cannot best the location!!!! Trolley push out of the doors and into the hotel ( or vice versa). No worry about taxi or transfer. Restaurant OK but suffers from the same ailment of so many…. Blinking awful coffee!!!! Also those awful mugs …. I have said before….. I have taken to bringing my own decent mug to drink out of. I ate in the bar last time - similar menu ( same prices) but no booking of a table required. Just got to put up with TV with constant noise or sport…… They let me leave my luggage while I drop off or pick up a hire car…. About 10 minutes walk away. Always my first choice.

Good experience at Sandman Newcastle, location is perfect which is just above the Metro station St James, easy to go around the city, also in a walking distance to the monument easy access to shopping area and many restaurants, staff members are friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and supermarket in the neighbourhood. The room even equipped with oven and fridge . Recommended strongly

Perfect location and room. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Only downside was I felt like I needed to order a taxi to get to the room as it was quite a walk. But worth it when you were there. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Well what a little gem of a Hotel. Beautiful location right next to the Castle and near the Quayside. We had a lovely stay, the Staff were fantastic! So helpful and polite and friendly and very very professional. We felt very special and looked after. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was lovely. We didn't have any meals there except for breakfast which was tasty and there was plenty of options, the Staff in there again were very lovely and attentive. Saying all this a couple of little ******s the Hotel was so hot! To be fair the weather was beautiful when we were there but there is no air conditioning in the building. I do appreciate it is an older building and it's not always possible to install Air Con Units but a few fans scattered around would have made it a bit more bearable in the public areas . There was a fan provided in our bedroom which was very welcome as the sun facing the windows all day ! We also found the bed not very comfortable, the mattress was too hard for our liking but then this may suit other people so it's not a criticism really of the Hotel more our preference to have a softer mattress. All in all we Would definitely go back to this hotel but I think I would go in the colder months.

One of our favourite hotels. Rooms are looking a little tired now however the service, breakfast and quality of the rooms are excellent. Always have a good night's sleep here!! Looking forward to our next stay

Hotel ini terletak di tengah-tengah, bersebelahan stesen kereta api dan pusat bandar serta permaidani dan candelier menjadikannya kelihatan mewah. Bilik itu agak luas tetapi tingkapnya berkaca tunggal dan tidak berpenebat dengan baik, jadi terdapat draf masuk dan bunyi bising dari kereta api (walaupun tidak begitu kuat). Bunyi utama di dalam bilik datang dari dinding nipis kertas, di mana anda boleh mendengar segala-galanya dari semua bilik tidur lain. Saiz bilik tidur adalah baik, walaupun tilam sprung sangat tidak selesa. Kad untuk membuka bilik tidur telah dinyahmagnetkan apabila saya diserahkan dan ia telah dinyahmagnetkan semula pada hari berikutnya. Kakitangan hotel berjanji untuk menyelitkan set kad baharu di bawah pintu pada petang yang sama tetapi perkara itu tidak pernah berlaku. Kami tidak mencuba kolam renang atau kemudahan lain, jadi saya tidak boleh memberikan pendapat saya mengenainya. Walaupun, memandangkan semata-mata bilik tidur dan keselesaan bilik tidur saya tidak akan mengatakan hotel ini berbaloi dengan harga yang tidak mewah.

Great location, only 4 minutes walk from the train station. The room is large and well-equipped, and the windows are large to see the scenery. The only downside is that the mattress is hard for me and the sheets are not very neat. Also there are no tissues provided in the room. For the price, I think it's great value for money and have nothing to complain about.
