Hotel berhampiran ĐÌNH XUÂN SƠN, Nha Trang

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Tried to claim and fine us saying that one of my colleague smoked in the room but actually he is just a regular smoker who smoked outside and return to his room with smell attached to his clothing. The policy should state non smoker room if they want to be specific.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. All my requests were met quickly. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, helping me have a good night's sleep after a long day. The service was too good compared to the room price. Next time I have the opportunity to travel here, I will come back to use the hotel's services.

초등저학년 남아한명과 부부같이 갔어요~ 코로나 이후 첫 해외자유여행이라 나름 준비를 해보는데 숙소고르는게 너무 어렵더라고요;; 왜일까했더니 너무많아서 선택장애로 어려운거더라고요 맙소사 ㅋ 많아도 너무 많아!! 다들 시내숙박은 시에스타 버고를 많이 언급하던데 버고는 일단 걸렀어요. ;; 후기에 바선생소식이 많이들려서 하고 자시고 두려움이 밀려와 첫날새벽도착 후 마사지받고 파나마로 갔어요;; 넘피곤하고 애가 더워서 힘들어하는탓에 바로 호텔가니까 12시 좀안되었는데 분명 트립닷컴확인증엔 12시 체크인이었거든요!! 다른곳이 대부분 14-15시 인데 좋타!!! 하고 갔는디 프런트에서 원래 12시체크인 아닌데 일찍해준다고 (평을 잘 부탁한다고 귀엽게부탁을;;) 해주었어요!! 그랩에서 도어맨이 문열어주고 트렁크 들어주고. 웰컴드링크주고 이런친절이야 모두 기본으로 당연히~~!! 그리고 방도 엄청 깨끗하고 침구 좋았어요. 조식도 2인 제공인 상품이었는데. 아침에 아이는 룸키로 식당에서 찍고 드가라하더군요;; 앗. 왜 계산을 별도로 안받지~~ 카드도 가져갔는디 체크아웃할때 정산되는건가 했는데.. 그냥 무료제공 해주었어요!! 짐보관도 시간제한없이 해주고!! 별 하나를 뺀건!!! 단하나!! 옥상수영장이 작은데... 사람들이 담배와 술을... 너무 자유롭게 즐기네요. 옆에 바갖있고 직원이 상주하는데 그게 담배냄새를 계속 맡으며 아이들이 수영을.. 그것만 에러고 다좋았어요!!!^^

Căn hộ thật sự rất tiện nghi, vị trí n*** trung tâm và biển. Nội thất còn khá mới, phòng được vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ. Uy tín. Sẽ quay lại vào tháng sau khi công tác Nha Trang

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach, as well as the breakfast buffet. However, it did feel a little too isolated, as it took a while to get to the mainland, and there was no where to buy food and drinks that were not charged at inflated prices . It would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for the kids. The beach was very clean, and the kids loved the water park. It was the best water park we’ve been to in Asia so far, with many different water slides. The food at the park was good, but the ATM wasn’t working, so I couldn’t draw money to buy much. Make sure you draw money before you go on the island.

Memandangkan ini adalah perjalanan untuk meraikan hari lahir ayah saya yang ke-60, saya memberi perhatian khusus kepada penginapan! Selepas melakukan banyak penyelidikan dan mendengar rakan-rakan yang pernah ke sana, akhirnya saya memutuskan Amiana. Sebaik sahaja saya tiba, kakitangan yang sangat ramah menjaga bagasi saya dan membawanya pergi, dan walaupun terdapat sedikit orang, daftar masuk mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit. Saya merasakan kerja itu dilakukan lebih cepat daripada yang saya jangkakan. Resort ini sangat besar sehingga anda perlu menaiki kereta untuk bersiar-siar. (Bergantung pada di mana anda berada, jika anda memberitahu kakitangan, mereka akan memanggil kereta. Jika anda menelefon dari lobi atau bilik, ia biasanya datang dalam masa 5 minit, dan walaupun anda tidak menelefon, anda boleh terus naik ke atasnya. kerana mereka sering pergi.) Resort ini juga mempunyai pingpong, biliard dan pusat kecergasan untuk kegunaan anda. Mudah dan sesuai untuk bermain! Selain itu, kemudahan resort adalah selesa dan bersih. Tiada semut atau pepijat (saya nampak beberapa cicak yang sangat comel di atas jalan). Terdapat tiga kolam renang, jadi anda boleh menggunakannya bergantung pada kedalaman, lokasi, dan lain-lain, dan bahagian yang terbaik ialah pantai persendirian!! Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!
