Rien à redire sur la chambre et la déco en général. le rooftop avec la vue et la piscine est absolument sublime, c'est très agréable, le personnel est très attentif et aux petits soins, seul point négatif, le spa est légèrement décevant, les installations font vieilles, pas très bien décoré et éclairé, ça ne met pas le spa en valeur, il manque un jacuzzi mais le personnel du spa est super top, et ils font les meilleurs massage. Niveau rapport qualité prix, c'est le meilleur 5 étoiles de Nice ! Et le fait de ne pas être en front de mer, mais on est quand même pas loin 10 min de marche et la ballade est très sympa, est vraiment compensé par le rooftop qui est le meilleur point de l'hotel.

Loved the view from the room and rooftop! Me and my bf stayed for 3 nights last week. Was amazing! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

I cannot recommend this hotel especially at the prices they charged. Arrived at 5.30pm and room wasn't ready. They then said it was and gave us a smaller room than we had booked and paid for. When we said so they told us ”Americans have a different idea of what king-sized means”. An hour later they called and agreed we had indeed booked a bigger room and offered to move us to one with a king bed. The man from reception then took us to said room without offering to help us with our luggage. Just stood and watched us drag our bags across the carpeted corridors ...All I can say is it was 3 star service and quality at VERY high prices. The next morning we moved to an absolutely world class hotel which was ten times nicer and less expensive. Over-priced, outdated and obnoxious staff.

Pekerja sangat profesional dan mesra. Untuk La rotonde brasserie, suasananya sangat menyenangkan. Untuk sarapan pagi, adalah baik untuk mempunyai roti yang berbeza (bijirin, luar bandar) seperti yang dihidangkan untuk makan malam. Untuk makan malam, hidangan terlalu masin, kelapa dari Paimpol dan bahu kambing confit. Sayang sekali. Ia adalah lazat.

An exceptional experience. OK it’s Ibis so you know what you are going to get. I’d like to highlight the fabulous staff at this particular hotel. Front of house were very busy but nothing was too much trouble, all the staff are very friendly and extremely professional. The continental breakfast was excellent too and pleasantly plentiful. Fresh orange juice, fresh pastries, fruit and exquisite jam. We hadn’t planned on using this and previously planned to use one of the abundant cafes locally for breakfast, you won’t want or need to! Ranasham our breakfast host is amazing, he catered for our every need in the morning and was helpful beyond duty - as were all of the people working here. Thanks again. Perfect location on the port with dozens of bars, eateries and cafes, the tram from the airport stops 2 minutes away. Perfect for exploring Nice with its amazing locals and amenities.

a gentleman at the front desk was friendly and nice. absolutely undesirable to have guestrooms at the same floor as the dinning room. a man was speaking over his phone loudly for about an hour near midnight but no staff took care of the matter. shower area was unbelievably tiny.

My husband, myself and our one year old baby stayed here for my birthday and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. The staff (particularly Marion, who is charming and so helpful) are fantastic - always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The location is excellent for public transport and there is a Monoprix opposite which is very useful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a good size and we loved the balcony for people watching below. We arrived to find macarons in our room and although it was a day late I had a lovely card and Prosecco on ice from the hotel for my birthday. Very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was all you could need and the orange juice machine is superb. We would definitely return when in Nice. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights with a large group and the staff were always so friendly and helpful if needed! The room was clean and the breakfast every morning was great, with a variety of options. The little drinks station in the reception area was super helpful for filling up water bottles or getting a hot drink and the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Nice with it being quite central. I would definitely recommend!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3notti, in coppia ad agosto 2022. La struttura è in una posizione strategica: a 100m da rue de medicine, la strada principale piena di negozi, che percorsa interamente (circa 700m) porta sul lungomare, alla promenade des angles. Abbiamo facilmente trovato parcheggio per strada nei dintorni: se durante il giorno si usa la macchina per visitare i dintorni, non è necessario mettere la macchina in un parcheggio privato in quanto dopo le 20 il parcheggio per strada è gratuito. L addetto alla reception del mattino è stato molto professionale e gentile, ci ha prestato l ombrello per 2giorni in quanto pioveva. La struttura è moderna e in stile minimal: la stanza è dotata di cassaforte, frigorifero (vuoto), le prese sono compatibili con quelle italiane. La nostra stanza al primo piano era luminosa e affacciava sul ristorante accanto all' albergo.Lo spazio davanti al letto era un po' stretto, ma tutto sommato la quadratura della camera è accettabile. Bagno moderno e bella doccia, tuttavia non ci sono state fornite cuffie per la doccia.

Had the most amazing stay, everything you could want for a stay in Nice. The apartments are well placed to explore the city, everything you could need is on your doorstep and hosts provide excellent information. The beach front is less than 10 minutes walk from your door. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and so well equipped! You are able to cater for yourself or purchase a breakfast which can be eaten in your room if you wish. The bathroom was brilliant, great shower, robes provided! We were greeted by such friendly staff and given complimentary wine and Macarons. Honestly better than I could have dreamed!

不錯的酒店，房間偏小。裝修大致和全季、如家精選同一個水平。酒店早餐自助，訂單裡帶上還可以，杏仁榛子千萬別多拿，吃了就知道了。附近有家不錯的柬埔寨餐館，酒店出門右轉，第三個路口左轉快到海邊，離******不遠。炒飯，湯粉，菜品做好自選的那種，接近國人口味，比附近中餐館味道好，也便宜。附上柬埔寨餐館的照片，希望去尼斯的朋友不要因為不習慣西式食物餓肚子，哈哈哈。

My wife and I are on our honeymoon, during which we are staying in many places in France and Italy. We were very impressed with the reception we received by the woman at the front desk, and everyone has been incredibly nice to us. This is a big surprise as people have generally been very rude to us during this trip so far. We love the Matisse art on the walls of the staircase and the room is decorated beautifully. Unfortunately after settling into the room, we realized the air conditioner was not operational and the water pressure in the shower was so low that we couldn’t have proper showers. We tried to get past these issues but the room became way too hot overnight and we were unable to get a good sleep. The next morning we received an email from the hotel asking how our stay was going. I mentioned these issues and they called our room within 15 minutes and advised us they would upgrade us in the next hour to a superior room. This was a much better resolution than we expected and we are incredibly pleased. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Nice, and to anyone who is hoping to be treated as a paying customer should be treated (unfortunately not a luxury you will find throughout most of France). The rooms also have fridges, which is not something we’ve seen yet during our trip. This is really helpful as we prefer to bring groceries back to our room instead of significantly overpaying at restaurants. The deal they have with the parking lot nearby is great as well, since every place we’ve been thus far has completely shaken us down for parking. The views of the cathedral next door are beautiful too. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Hotel fine, comfortable. Beware of asking them to arrange a taxi to the airport. I asked how much a taxi would be and was told 35 Euros, so asked for a taxi to be booked for the next morning. The ”taxi” was a private operator licensed to work as a taxi, but had no meter. When i asked where the meter was, the driver told me the fare was 40 Euros, this after I'd already got in and we were on our way. Beware of this tactic. Not sure how this is organised, but need to have correct information given before booking.

Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel per diversi motivi. Posizione : hotel centrale. A 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, e dalla città vecchia ; altri 15 dalla stazione. In pochi minuti siete su Jean Medecin , la via dei negozi. Insomma perfetto! Se arrivate in auto non c’è parcheggio. Dovrete optare per quello su strada a pagamento , o per quelli sotterranei sempre a pagamento. Il nice etoile e’ a 5 minuti a piedi (centro commerciale con parcheggio sotteraneo a pagamento . Anche quest’anno non prendeva le carte di credito, armatevi di banconote da 20€). Camminando a piedi nella via principale jean medecin , dovete svoltare nella via laterale a cui fa angolo il negozio di Mango. Poi proseguire dritto un paio di minuti. L’hotel rimane sul lato mare (alla destra se venite da jean medecin). Camera : la nostra camera era al terzo piano. Per fortuna c’è un piccolo ascensore per portar su facilmente anche i bagagli. Spaziosa il giusto , pulita e con bagno privato. Il bagno era spazioso , con doccia wc , lavandino e phon . Un solo asciugamano a persona.Buon numero di prese nella stanza per caricare i telefoni . No frigo bar, no bollitore. Tv (no canali italiani) Armadio con cassaforte . Comodini e scrivania . Condizionatore .unica pecca era la mancanza di segnale wifii . La camera era in fondo al corridoio e la lontananza dalla parte centrale dell hotel sicuramente avrà influito. Servirebbero dei ripetitori ! Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla ragazza in reception che non reggeva /manteneva il segnale, ma il problema non si è risolto. Questo è l’unico motivo per cui non posso mettere 5 stelle. Per fortuna avevamo dei giga con la nostra compagnia telefonica . Altri piccoli dettagli migliorabili: le tende non oscurano abbastanza la stanza, anche chiudendo gli scuri purtroppo filtra la luce.se vi infastidisce portate una mascherina da notte . Dalla strada in certi momenti c’è molto rumore di giorno, per cui vanno chiuse le finestre. Di notte e più tranquillo . Materasso un po’ datato nella nostra stanza. Colazione: non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nei dintorni siete pieni di caffetterie e pasticcerie. C’è un forno proprio nella via a sinistra dell hotel ad esempio . Oppure avete Emilies and the cool kids a 5 minuti , starbucks e altre caffetterie nel nice etoile, maison karlie, le country store etc.. Per il resto staff gentile in reception e donne delle pulizie molto cortesi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando la posizione ! Da tornarci!
