We have been looking forward to staying at Amanoi for a while, and it certainly did not disappoint. From the beautifully designed facilities, comprehensive offerings and unparalleled service, Amanoi exceeded our expectations and delivered quite a memorable experience. ACCOMMODATIONS The hotel is located within a UNESCO heritage site and embraces the natural landscape. We booked the three-night Wellness Package and stayed in the one-bedroom lake view wellness villa. The villas are surrounded by greenery and felt very private. Our villa was very well designed with an understated elegance and great attention to detail, and it was hard not to just stay inside the entire time. The villa has its own private pool, jacuzzi and treatment rooms which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. OFFERINGS Amanoi had plenty of offerings that cater to those seeking different experiences. As part of the wellness package, we took advantage of Amanoi’s spa services every day. The massages and facials were incredibly rejuvenating. The spa team was fantastic and made us feel pampered. Apart from the spa treatments, Amanoi also offers plenty of other activities. During our stay, we opted for a brief cycling tour through the surrounding villages which was a nice excursion. One of the highlights was the cooking class where we learned how to make authentic beef pho and coconut palm heart salad with Chef Bao. It was a fun experience, and will certainly be making the dishes at home. As for the food, Amanoi offers plenty of variety from local Vietnamese dishes to international options. Everything we had was delicious. We would highly recommend going to the afternoon tea and trying their savory rice cakes. SERVICE Last but not least, the level of service at Amanoi was first class. Ms. Nhi and her team made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were greeted by a hotel representative to guide us through immigration and customs. The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, we were introduced to the team who made us feel very much at home. Our personal guide during our stay, Hoang, went above and beyond taking care of all of our needs during our stay. Every time we went back to our villa, it was always cleaned and organized, and the team would leave us our favorite treats and refreshments. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating which made our stay memorable.
