Eine Nacht war im Wyndham Garden Hennigsdorf gebucht, wir freuten uns darauf. Schon beim Einchecken gegen 16:00 am 09.04.22 mussten wir das gebuchte Doppelzimmer sofort bezahlen. Wir hatten es noch nicht bezogen weder gesehen. Auf Befragen warum ich sofort bezahlen muss, erhielt ich keine akzeptable Erklärung. Vermutlich traute man uns was Schlimmes zu. Der Weg zum Zimmer 220 war mit schwarzen Teppich ausgelegt. dieser war total fusselig und dreckig. Im Bad stand ein Abfalleimer, der von unten her total verrostet war. Einfach abstoßend. Eine Decke war nicht ordentlich bezogen. „Dank dessen“ sah ich die darunter befindliche Decke mit riesengroßen dunklen Flecken - es war eklig, einfach unglaublich, was mir als Gast angeboten wurde. Sofort meldete ich mich an der Rezeption. Ich wollte meine Mängel dem Mitarbeiter persönlich zeigen, dieser gab an, allein zu sein und nicht weg kann. Er gab mir den Schlüssel für die 216. Unsere Nacht in diesem war nicht schön, denn ständig hörte man den Wind durch das Zimmer blasen. Es ist unbeschreiblich, denn das war so die ganze Nacht. Man sagte uns am nächsten Tag, dass das Laminat im Zimmer daran schuld ist. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schrecklich und wir waren so was von froh, dass wir nach einer Nacht wieder das Hotel verlassen konnten. Unsere Feststellungen haben wir fotografiert! Vielleicht möchte das jemand von der Geschäftsführung sehen. Unvorstellbar ist, dass dieses Haus 4 Sterne hat (2019 - Juni 2022). Ich habe diese Sterne nicht gefunden! Nie mehr werde ich einen Fuß in dieses Haus setzen.

Der Empfang etwas unprofessionell und langwierig, da die Dame am Empfang etwas überfordert damit war, wenn der Gast auch Fragen gestellt hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück wurde aufgrund der aktuellen Situation nicht als Buffet angerichtet, sondern am Abend zuvor über eine Liste angefragt. Am morgen Stand dann am Tisch die zimmernummer und die bestellten Dinge standen überwiegend auf dem Tisch. Nach den Eierspeisen musste man nochmal fragen und auch hier war das Personal etwas überfordert mit der Situation. Die Portionen zum Frühstück waren wirklich homöopathisch und der Aufschnitt hat gerade mal für ein halbes Brötchen gereicht. Das Müsli war mit einem Löffel gegessen. Der Kaffee war nicht genießbar. Eine in den Allgemeinbereichen liebevoll restaurierte denkmalgeschützte Immobilie (ehemalige Fabrikantenvilla) in toller und sehr ruhiger Lage. Dennoch zentral und damit ist die gesamte Stadt Fürstenberg zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr netter, persönlicher Service durch den Betreiber und ein absolut ausreichendes Frühstück sowie Sauna und kleiner Fitnessraum. Klingt und ist auch alles wirklich super. Der fehlende Punkt zu einer ausgezeichneten Bewertung daher, weil das Zimmer leider von der Einrichtung gegenüber dem tollen Treppenhaus und der top gepflegten Außenanlage dann leider doch zu deutlich abfällt und demgegenüber wirklich lieblos und uninspiriert daherkommt. Wohlgemerkt, es ist alles gepflegt und sauber, aber halt Standard-Hotelmöbel statt individuellem Charme - wirklich schade, vor allem wenn man überlegt, was für ein Schmuckstück sich aus diesem Rohdiamanten mit Ideen bei der Zimmergestaltung machen ließe und wie leicht und ohne großen wirtschaftlichen Aufwand ein noch viel tolleres Hotelprodukt bei Umsetzung dieser Ideen entstünde.
