Tulip have got 2 properties, Almost just adjacent to each other. One tulips valley view point- this is a worst and oldest property someone could ever imagine. Room paint was done 20 year back, all cupboards were broken, cleanliness was pathetic and another one is Tulips resort village, this a premium property. Everything is nice here. I had to take the upgrade here.

The food was not tasty, the fan was noisy, the electricity was intermittent, the TV was not working, and the tea and Horlicks we drank tasted like warm water.

Cleanliness was not there in toilets.Water and bucket was full of Dirt.There was amble space in resort.But Lights where dim,There was two bedroom but only in one bedroom TV was there.Food was good.Taps where not properly working,

it's good experience .The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

As i choose d this tulips valley in ooty first of all i thought this room will be bad for me and my friends because of the ratings but when i go to check in that place thats was just awesome and very peaceful l place the view point of the place was soo good at all and the night view from the outside of the villa was such a good experience for us we have been really enjoyed the trip

there is no chair and bed side desk in the room. there is no landline phone in the room . room is not properly cleaned

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable— the wash basin was broken, the wallpaper was torn and dirty, and the blanket was unclean. The bed was unkempt, with noticeable spots on the backrest, and the floor was in poor condition. The chairs were filthy, with stains, and the bedside cabinet was broken. To top it off, there was no water in the room, and despite requesting it twice over a 30-minute interval, it still wasn’t provided. For the price I paid, this was an appalling experience. I would rate this stay 1 out of 5. Would not recommend.
