Ulasan Best Western Plus Orlando East- UCF Area

Overnight stay after a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Very clean throughout. Checked out before breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Some late night road noise (loud mufflers and racing motorcycles) on Alafaya is the only negative. Would stay here again.

Staff was super nice, reasonable pricing and convenient safe location with lots around! It was an older hotel and not super clean, but met our needs.

We were shorted on cups and towels. There was also only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The front desk apologized and helped us out. The room was older but not dirty.

When I pulled the edging open to hop in after a long day of travel, the sheets were speckled with black dirt. I called the front desk. The woman was very rude and ignorant. No apologies. Just “oh, come on down and I’ll give you a clean set of sheets”. “I’m not coming to make up your bed”. “Housekeeping left at 3:00 this afternoon” “there are no other rooms, we are full”

Room was perfect and renovated!!! Parking a little difficult for late check in but found it at the back but in general perfect place to stay.

While checking in at about 9pm there was no one at the front desk and then when the person came out they were talking. I thought they were talking to us but they were on the phone with someone speaking using their AirPods or something like that. It just seemed unprofessional. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Not sure what the plus in the name is since this hotel has seen better days. Holes in doors, broken AC lids, musty smells, locked front doors (neighbor seems fine). Spent some money on repairs!

The hotel staff were great. The condition of the hotel as far as the rooms go, need attention. At least in the room we were in. The bathroom is in bad shape and needs work. The floors were dirty and can tell they are not deeply cleaned at all. Basically some cosmetic work and better house cleaning is neeeed.
