Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even provided a detailed map with personalized recommendations for places to visit, adding a thoughtful personal touch to our experience.   The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, and its location is simply perfect. With the train station less than 100 meters away, getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant and well-situated, making it an ideal base for exploring.  The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views—on one side, we enjoyed the serene beauty of the sea and a stunning bridge, while the other side offered a direct view of Universal Studios.   Our kids enjoyed the stay so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra day just to soak in the experience a little longer. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and the combination of a prime location, exceptional staff, and immaculate facilities made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting the area!

2021年11月24日から始まった「大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーン2021」を利用して12月1日に「シティプラザ大阪」に泊まりました。 チェックイン時に受理した3000円のクーポンの券面を見ると有効期限が12月2日になっていました。前日に「モントレラ・スール」で受け取ったクーポンの場合は12月8日でしたから、12月1日から店側の準備不足に対する措置が無くなったわけです。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。部屋の天井は高くて圧迫感がありません。 トイレ・洗面・バスタブ一体形の浴室は広く、バスタブは大きめでした。 部屋の窓ガラスが驚くほどきれいでした。 抽斗がないのはちょっと不便でした。 金庫もハンドタオルありません。無料のミネラルウオーターもありません。 常備灯が点灯しなかったり、目覚ましアラームの時間設定が出来なかったり、パジャマの腰紐が切れたり、おやと思うことがありました。 スパは予想以上に立派でした。内湯は2段風呂・寝風呂・水風呂・高温サウナ・ミストサウナ、外湯は岩風呂・瓢箪型の壺湯、ホテルと同じ館内でこれだけ種類の多い風呂は初めてです。しかも天然温泉です。 前日宿泊した「モントレラ・スール」に比べると、料金はやや高め、設備はワンランク下という印象でした。

Location is superb with just a 5min walk to USJ. Just outside the hotel, there's lots of restaurants, and a Lawson just below the hotel. They provide kids amenities like tooth brush, toothpaste and bathroom slippers. Room is maintained very well also.

Walking distance to train station and the convenient stall is right below the hotel is a plus point. Most important, the free snacks all day with yakult and ramen provided is our favourite. Super close proximity to Dontonbori (across the street) Highly recommend to stay! - minus point is, the rooms are very small, hardly have space for family of 4.

Saya rasa hotel ini lebih memahami keperluan orang Cina. 1: Mandi di tingkat 13 Satu-satunya yang hilang ialah mandian yang baik untuk mereka yang berjalan 15,000 langkah sehari. 2: Mempunyai popsicle percuma selepas mandi, hidup adalah indah; 3: Jika tidak ramai, anda masih boleh makan popsikel dan urut kerusi urut selama 15 minit; 4: Akhir sekali, dari 21:30-23:30, anda boleh turun ke bawah untuk mendapatkan semangkuk kecil mi percuma.

天然大浴場と体に優しく美味しい朝食で定評のあるドーミーインの施設。3年ほど前に徒歩1分の立地に出来て以来、うちのマンション内で「もう行った?」が合言葉になり、「チェックインからチェックアウトまで昼夜を問わず温泉に入れる」「露天風呂が最高」「あの朝食ならバラエティーに富んでいて毎日でも食べられる」「映画が無料で見放題」等と評判。両親や友達が遊びに来た折に利用させて頂きお世話になっていましたが、コロナ鍋で移動を伴う旅行が中々できない中で、やっと実体験。感染症対策もしっかりとられており、エレベーターや浴室に入る折もカードキーでセキュリティも万全で安心です。大浴場の内湯や露天も天然木や大きな石が多用され、まるで大自然の中に居る様で日常を忘れてリラックス出来ました。健康を考えた朝食バイキングも20種類ほどの小鉢・ビーフシチュー・アサリのお味噌汁・筍ご飯の他、和洋多数のお料理、野菜サラダやカットフルーツなどとても全種類は選びきれず、私も妻も昼食を抜いた事は言うまでもありません。ビジネスなので夕飯はありませんが、ホテルの真向かいにイオンが運営する高級スーパーのコーヨーがあり、お弁当など調達して13階にあるレストランの客用電子レンジで温め、無料のビールとワインを大阪の夜景を見ながらゆったりと過ごせます。接客ですが、フロントの出迎えお見送り、クリーンスタッフの皆様を含めスタッフ全員の笑顔が素晴らしく、高いモチベーションとホスピタリティーを感じました。流石、定評のある共立メンテナンスの施設だけあるなと感心すると共に、我が町内の自慢です。今後は、うちの「離れ」として利用したいと思います。

We booked a double room, and it was spacious enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The room amenities were complete, but the cleanliness was below Japanese standards. What I really liked about this hotel was the free laundry machines and paid dryers. The onsen was always crowded, but it was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.), the free midnight ramen, and the free ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a language barrier at times. The location is great, very close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, and it's also near the subway station. However, if you plan on traveling to other cities using the JR line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It requires multiple transfers and is not very convenient.

Transportation wise, the hotel has great access to airport and inter-city (direct train from/to KIX airport and easy transportation from/to Kyoto/Uji/Nara). However going into the osaka main tourist attractions will normally involve transits. Hotel itself is old but maintained fairly well. All amenities are supplied as well as free skin care samples if you run out of them. Hot spring can cost extra depending on the package you go for. Staff are friendly and communicate in English too. All in all great value for money and will come back to stay.

Good location. It's directly in front of Fukushima station, 1 JR station away from Osaka station.

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.
