Liber Hotel Osaka is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is ideally located with easy access to shops, taxis, trains, and is very close to Universal Studios. One of the standout aspects was the exceptionally kind and courteous help desk staff. They went above and beyond, providing us with detailed maps of Osaka and personalized recommendations for places that would be enjoyable for both kids and adults, making our experience even more memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly regardless of how busy they were. The facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment. With reasonable pricing and such thoughtful service, we even extended our stay because my kids loved it so much. An absolutely amazing experience!

2021年11月24日から始まった「大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーン2021」を利用して12月1日に「シティプラザ大阪」に泊まりました。 チェックイン時に受理した3000円のクーポンの券面を見ると有効期限が12月2日になっていました。前日に「モントレラ・スール」で受け取ったクーポンの場合は12月8日でしたから、12月1日から店側の準備不足に対する措置が無くなったわけです。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。部屋の天井は高くて圧迫感がありません。 トイレ・洗面・バスタブ一体形の浴室は広く、バスタブは大きめでした。 部屋の窓ガラスが驚くほどきれいでした。 抽斗がないのはちょっと不便でした。 金庫もハンドタオルありません。無料のミネラルウオーターもありません。 常備灯が点灯しなかったり、目覚ましアラームの時間設定が出来なかったり、パジャマの腰紐が切れたり、おやと思うことがありました。 スパは予想以上に立派でした。内湯は2段風呂・寝風呂・水風呂・高温サウナ・ミストサウナ、外湯は岩風呂・瓢箪型の壺湯、ホテルと同じ館内でこれだけ種類の多い風呂は初めてです。しかも天然温泉です。 前日宿泊した「モントレラ・スール」に比べると、料金はやや高め、設備はワンランク下という印象でした。

We love this hotel, and it is very convenient if you are to visit Universal Studios Osaka, many restaurants and konbini nearby. Staff was helpful, we did our laundry, we sent a package, we were able to use the storage when we checked out early so we could go see one more shrine this mom wanted to see 🥰. You are basically a few steps away from JR, I kid you not! So if you want to go to other places it's not hard to move around. Have fun!!!

Need to improve on cleanliness. The public bath area is very dirty. There’s hair all over even the pool area. Visited the onsen on the 15th Oct close to midnight. Saw one of the staff using one of the dirty bath towel to wipe the floor.

Lokasi yang menakjubkan dan hotel ini adalah sempurna dari daftar masuk kepada standard kebersihan. Onsen walaupun kecil ia mempunyai dua tab mandi, sauna, dan dua ofurô. Mereka menghidangkan mi dari jam 21:30 hingga 23:00 secara percuma dan probiotik (Yakut) dari jam 17:00 hingga 10:00. Bilik kecil tetapi cukup untuk sesiapa yang mempunyai bagasi kecil. Harga berpatutan dan lokasi sangat dekat dengan metro.

天然大浴場と体に優しく美味しい朝食で定評のあるドーミーインの施設。3年ほど前に徒歩1分の立地に出来て以来、うちのマンション内で「もう行った?」が合言葉になり、「チェックインからチェックアウトまで昼夜を問わず温泉に入れる」「露天風呂が最高」「あの朝食ならバラエティーに富んでいて毎日でも食べられる」「映画が無料で見放題」等と評判。両親や友達が遊びに来た折に利用させて頂きお世話になっていましたが、コロナ鍋で移動を伴う旅行が中々できない中で、やっと実体験。感染症対策もしっかりとられており、エレベーターや浴室に入る折もカードキーでセキュリティも万全で安心です。大浴場の内湯や露天も天然木や大きな石が多用され、まるで大自然の中に居る様で日常を忘れてリラックス出来ました。健康を考えた朝食バイキングも20種類ほどの小鉢・ビーフシチュー・アサリのお味噌汁・筍ご飯の他、和洋多数のお料理、野菜サラダやカットフルーツなどとても全種類は選びきれず、私も妻も昼食を抜いた事は言うまでもありません。ビジネスなので夕飯はありませんが、ホテルの真向かいにイオンが運営する高級スーパーのコーヨーがあり、お弁当など調達して13階にあるレストランの客用電子レンジで温め、無料のビールとワインを大阪の夜景を見ながらゆったりと過ごせます。接客ですが、フロントの出迎えお見送り、クリーンスタッフの皆様を含めスタッフ全員の笑顔が素晴らしく、高いモチベーションとホスピタリティーを感じました。流石、定評のある共立メンテナンスの施設だけあるなと感心すると共に、我が町内の自慢です。今後は、うちの「離れ」として利用したいと思います。

We booked a double room, and it was spacious enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The room amenities were complete, but the cleanliness was below Japanese standards. What I really liked about this hotel was the free laundry machines and paid dryers. The onsen was always crowded, but it was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.), the free midnight ramen, and the free ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a language barrier at times. The location is great, very close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, and it's also near the subway station. However, if you plan on traveling to other cities using the JR line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It requires multiple transfers and is not very convenient.

Transportation wise, the hotel has great access to airport and inter-city (direct train from/to KIX airport and easy transportation from/to Kyoto/Uji/Nara). However going into the osaka main tourist attractions will normally involve transits. Hotel itself is old but maintained fairly well. All amenities are supplied as well as free skin care samples if you run out of them. Hot spring can cost extra depending on the package you go for. Staff are friendly and communicate in English too. All in all great value for money and will come back to stay.

1 stop away from Osaka station, few stop away from universal city, consider good location if u don't mind transfer train. Hotel room is big for 3 pax, bath room comes with hot spring water. 7-11, family mart, mcd and mister donut just across the road, and eatery shops nearby

The room is clean and there is a family mart nearby for late night snack shopping. However, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary mineral water. Parking is also charged and the front desk doesn’t help to settle the payment and expect guest to settle the parking bill with cash at the machine upon exit.
