"Perkhidmatan ini cukup baik. Saya tidak tahu cara menggunakan sistem daftar masuk sendiri hotel, tetapi kakitangan perkhidmatan akan memberikan banyak bantuan. Perkhidmatannya hebat. Biliknya kecil dan anda sepatutnya boleh tinggal di bilik yang lebih besar pada harga ini. Kebetulan beg pakaian saya pecah, tetapi nampaknya setiap hotel mengenakan bayaran yang berbeza untuk mengendalikannya. Bayaran hotel Kintetsu sangat mahal pada ¥3000. Hotel lain yang saya pergi mempunyai bayaran yang jauh lebih murah iaitu hanya ¥1000. Namun, disebabkan saya tidak dapat membeli beg pakaian di USJ, saya membeli beg pakaian di Dotonbori dan meminta hotel ini menguruskannya. Saya berasa sedikit terkilan tentang pengendalian yuran di sini, dan dilayan seperti sepinggan."

The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

XXLbaoWe stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

PPengguna TetamuI got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is. The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.

Kakitangan yang mesra dan membantu yang membantu saya menempah tempahan saya untuk Dataran Tiananmen. Saya menempah asrama wanita 4 katil - biliknya agak kecil tetapi terdapat loker besar jadi bilik kecil itu tidak menjadi masalah dan ia hanya diduduki sepenuhnya pada malam terakhir saya. Katilnya SOOOO KERAS!! Tilam itu sendiri lembut tetapi ia sangat nipis sehingga anda berasa seperti anda tidur di atas lantai. Nampaknya sama di mana-mana di China yang saya tinggal tetapi ia patut disebut. Bilik mandi bersih, gulungan tandas disediakan dan terdapat lampu individu dan suis kuasa untuk katil. Penyaman udara (saya rasa) sangat bising dan kedengaran seperti ada titisan berterusan, seolah-olah seseorang tidak menutup pancuran mandian sepenuhnya tetapi seolah-olah datang dari siling. Tiada kebocoran tetapi hanya bunyi bising. Katil bergerak agak banyak apabila seseorang di tingkat atas bergerak supaya boleh membangunkan anda jika anda tidur ringan dan koridor berbau asap rokok. Kawasan atas bumbung yang indah dan dobi percuma yang merupakan bonus besar dan sangat mudah. Saya pasti akan mengesyorkan sebagai asas untuk menerokai bandar selama beberapa hari walaupun saya mungkin tidak akan tinggal lagi hanya kerana katilnya terlalu keras untuk saya.
