RReek NgHad a fantastic stay at LIBER Hotel Osaka during our trip to Universal Studios Japan. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk from the station and very close to the park, which made it easy to get there early and return for a rest after a long day.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially compared to many city hotels in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. After spending the whole day at USJ, it was great to come back to a relaxing and quiet room.
One of the highlights of the hotel was the spa. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after walking around the park all day. The hotel itself felt modern and upscale, and the common areas were beautiful and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. There were also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy.
Overall, LIBER Hotel Osaka was a great choice for our Osaka trip. The combination of comfort, location, and excellent facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Universal Studios Japan in the future.

MMichael B MsiaThis was our second time staying at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower whenever we visit Universal Studios Japan, and it once again proved to be an excellent choice. Everything about the hotel is strategically convenient, especially its location, which makes it perfect for a Universal Studios getaway.
The room was comfortable and pleasant, providing a great place to recharge after a full day at the park. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — a delicious buffet with a wide and satisfying spread, offering plenty of choices for the whole family. It’s a hotel we are always happy to return to.

KKate DzThat was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that.
Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time.
And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka.
Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine!
P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

TTJJOSHSUPER HOTEL Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring is conveniently located near many attractions, especially major spots like Dotonbori, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel lobby was clean, nice, and comfortable. The room was generally clean and comfortable, with sufficient space for a pleasant stay, although there was a little dust in certain areas. The toilet area was slightly cramped, but having a bathtub was a nice plus.
The amenities provided were excellent, with a wide selection available for guests to pick up from the lobby based on their needs. This thoughtful setup made the stay more convenient.
One highlight of the hotel was the complimentary alcoholic drinks provided every evening. It was a great opportunity to try different types of drinks and enjoy a relaxing, chill session after a day out.
The hotel also has an onsen that was clean and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing and recovering after a tiring day of sightseeing.
Overall, the hotel offers good comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a great location, making it a solid choice for travelers visiting Namba and Shinsaibashi.

MMin Min CuteI stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a beautiful, slightly European Art Deco style and feels elegant from the moment you walk into the lobby. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city.
Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business.
The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with directions or questions. I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking.
Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality. I would happily come back here again on my next trip to Osaka. 🌸

We used Osaka as a base for our trip, going on multiple short day-trips followed by a longer stay in Tokyo, with one final night in Osaka before heading home. First room was clean and cozy, second room was HUGE and perfect for repacking our checked bag. Both rooms were comfortable and clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, so didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but highly recommend Osaka Engine (has gluten free ramen options!) for a delicious meal! The FamilyMart downstairs was very convenient, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen was the cherry on top. The hotel location was great, easy walking distance to various metro stations and sights like Osaka Castle. 10/10 would stay again!
