PPengguna TetamuIt is conveniently located next to the Universal Studio and also a JR train station. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very new and clean with all the modern electrical switches set up in the room. We love the hot bath facility which is big and can accommodate many without feeling crowded. The hotel is a bit far from the shopping districts in Osaka but it offers a quiet and enjoyable stay. There is a big indoor car park which makes it convenient for those who drive. We would stay at Liber Hotel again next time we are in the area.

MMichael B MsiaThis was our second time staying at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower whenever we visit Universal Studios Japan, and it once again proved to be an excellent choice. Everything about the hotel is strategically convenient, especially its location, which makes it perfect for a Universal Studios getaway.
The room was comfortable and pleasant, providing a great place to recharge after a full day at the park. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — a delicious buffet with a wide and satisfying spread, offering plenty of choices for the whole family. It’s a hotel we are always happy to return to.

KKate DzThat was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that.
Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time.
And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka.
Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine!
P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

PPengguna TetamuI couldn't believe how nice this hotel is and how well designed the rooms are to provide so much in such a compact space. The renovations look great, and everything is very clean and smells pleasant everywhere. It was great to have a PIN to enter so I have no key to worry about losing/locking myself out and no check out needed; the private bathroom was wonderful (and a delightful surprise in a Japanese hotel given the limited space); the room has many outlets in excellent locations, the connection to the TV’s HDMI port is conveniently right on the wall with the outlets, the room includes a kettle, a fridge, a hair straightener, a hair dryer, cups, hangers, an aromatic spray, an air purifier/humidifier, air conditioning, big mirrors, a luggage rack, a flashlight, and a USB cable that has 3 different types of adaptors on the end; they make free soft drinks available to guests between 3 pm AND 9 pm DAILY (and some alcohol at a later time); they have an onsen with natural hot spring water, they have a sauna and as well as contrast (cold/natural temperature water) bath by the onsen, and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; they allow guests to take as many extra pillows as they want or need, and the pillows have different heights and softness to choose from; they have many spaces to relax from an outdoor terrace to dimly lit relaxation room with hammocks and recliners to a bar set up with outlets and wireless charging; they have coin laundry and dryer available (but they provide detergent free), they have free pajamas available to borrow, they have razors and toothbrushes available, and they give you gifts if you don’t need cleaning on days of consecutive stay plus gifts if you don’t use up their toothbrush that they leave out for free in your room... it really did not feel like anything was lacking. And to top it off, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. I also am big about reducing waste, and I appreciate the initiatives they are taking at their hotel. The only thing I didn't try was their food, since it cost extra to have the breakfast. I did however discover my favourite Japanese drink from their free soft drinks (カルピスメロン) and since leaving the hotel, trying to find it in convenience stores and vending machines has proven difficult. Overall I had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here any time.

KKelvintanxp1I love staying at super hotel when i head to Japan. All the branches are usually clean and functional. The staff are all friendly and they cater to my needs as a solo traveller. I especially like the fact that i can chose a different pillow and also the essential items given when you stay a longer period of time. Super Hotel is one of my favourite hotel to stay in Japan.

3. Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system.
4. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons:
1. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive.
2. The onsen was pleasant but felt cramped when busy. There were insufficient drying stations near the onsen, so I had to return to my room with wet hair to dry it.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka—especially for its natural spring onsen.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough the hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the metro station though it may not be best ideal when you need to walk back to the hotel late at night with hand full of shopping.
I am not a smoker and i was known at point of booking that the room is for smoker though would be nice if at point of check in the hotel can ask me again so a possibly to have a non smoking room.
There were massage chair outside of the onsen foyer which I am quite appreciated though even with the blinds down in the evening, the sun is still creaking through the side of the blinds showering directly to my face which can get quite hot and stopping me to open my eyes during my massage on the chair.
Suggest also to have more information on the commute to Namba station for early train to airport when metro is not available.
There is no USB plug in the room and I am glad that I have prepared my own socket.
Overall I have a good experience staying at this hotel and I see that some of the details can be easily improved to elevate the hospitality.
