Hotel Hot Springs di Osaka

Had a fantastic stay at LIBER Hotel Osaka during our trip to Universal Studios Japan. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk from the station and very close to the park, which made it easy to get there early and return for a rest after a long day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially compared to many city hotels in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. After spending the whole day at USJ, it was great to come back to a relaxing and quiet room. One of the highlights of the hotel was the spa. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after walking around the park all day. The hotel itself felt modern and upscale, and the common areas were beautiful and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. There were also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. Overall, LIBER Hotel Osaka was a great choice for our Osaka trip. The combination of comfort, location, and excellent facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Universal Studios Japan in the future.

非常滿意，地理位置很好，我連續住了3個晚上，從車站出來就可以穿過一個紅綠燈就可以到酒店，然後每天早出晚歸，沒有時間去周邊看看。 非常喜歡酒店的膠囊咖啡，太棒了！ 非常喜歡酒店頂樓的温泉，每次去日本都到處選酒店，我特別喜歡泡温泉，早上晚上都泡一次，非常舒服，非常乾淨，洗髮水非常的好，非常的多，及時打掃，很乾凈很乾凈！ 非常浪漫，非常好！ 房間裏的衞生間一塵不染，非常乾淨，乾濕分離，還有充電線配備，一應俱全，一個人住非常寬敞！

The hotel isconveniently located just beside ebisucho metro station on sakaesugi line. Opposite shinseikai shopping area. The best thing about the hotel is the onsen and free drinks ( including wide selection of alcoholic beverages). Every night 9-10pm, there is free flow of ramen, flavour changes daily. The staff were all very friendly and speak English. Onsen and room were clean throughout the 7 days.

The hotel was very worth the money we paid! Not only did we have an amazing view of the bay it was acceptable spaciousness. All amenities like toothbrushes, were provided and you could even take as many skincare product packets from the front desk that you wanted. Staff knew english to help you check in and answer queries.

That was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that. Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time. And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka. Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine! P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

I love staying at super hotel when i head to Japan. All the branches are usually clean and functional. The staff are all friendly and they cater to my needs as a solo traveller. I especially like the fact that i can chose a different pillow and also the essential items given when you stay a longer period of time. Super Hotel is one of my favourite hotel to stay in Japan.

Hotel is 1 train stop away from Osaka station. Not much service as it is a self check in. No public bath in the hotel as well. But hotel stay is value for money. And there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Pros: 1. The breakfast selection was excellent each morning. 2. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products. 3. Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system. 4. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive. 2. The onsen was pleasant but felt cramped when busy. There were insufficient drying stations near the onsen, so I had to return to my room with wet hair to dry it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka—especially for its natural spring onsen.

Although the hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the metro station though it may not be best ideal when you need to walk back to the hotel late at night with hand full of shopping. I am not a smoker and i was known at point of booking that the room is for smoker though would be nice if at point of check in the hotel can ask me again so a possibly to have a non smoking room. There were massage chair outside of the onsen foyer which I am quite appreciated though even with the blinds down in the evening, the sun is still creaking through the side of the blinds showering directly to my face which can get quite hot and stopping me to open my eyes during my massage on the chair. Suggest also to have more information on the commute to Namba station for early train to airport when metro is not available. There is no USB plug in the room and I am glad that I have prepared my own socket. Overall I have a good experience staying at this hotel and I see that some of the details can be easily improved to elevate the hospitality.

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!
