Hotel is conveniently located with good F&B amenities within walking distance. Surrounding is quiet. Hotel has well prepare necessities for guest use and a good hot public bath facility on the 6th floor. Train station is just across the street from hotel

It was a perfect stay! The hotel was close to USJ and the city walk. It was also very clean and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and it provided amenities for children. I especially love how they provide Re-Fa hair dryer. Absolutely love it

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities! I will give perfect score if: 1. They had a better pillow. The Japanese pillow is very hard. It is like sleeping in a stone. 2. The onsen has women staff, it is such a surprise to see a woman doing things in such place with people who are naked. Is a man okay to serve in the women onsen? I think it was awkward for the woman worker. 3. The quilt is like silk, it slides down to the bed when you are sleeping. It is not so comfortable to sleep on. Other than these 3, everything is perfect. There is not much in the area of the hotel but It is 6 minutes walk away from Awaza station, a few stops away from Namba station (where is dotonbori) there is a 7/11 beside the hotel. I have not tried the breakfast, but there is a drink area open from 6-9 pm and you can get some beauty mask or other small things everyday in the reception. The receptionists are kind and polite and the hotel was quiet. The room is small but is convenient.

Fabulous facility with spacious room and great views. Easy and very close transport to subway. Friendly and helpful service from all staff 24/7.

I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress. Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive.

We stayed 2 nights after reading the good reviews. Yes, the breakfast spread and the free ramen, popsicle and yakult treats were commendable. However, given the expensive room rates we paid we had expected better services: 1. Didn't sleep well with the one tiny and flat pillow. 2. We had to bring our room towels for the onsen. However, the towels in the room were not replaced for the next day. 3. We paid for the JR Haruku train ticket (for transport to airport) when we booked the hotel. However, the front desk staff seemed unaware of this arrangement despite showing them the voucher. We had to forego it eventually as it took too much effort to communicate that we paid for it together with our hotel booking.

Loved our stay at City Plaza Osaka! We used Osaka as a base for our trip, going on multiple short day-trips followed by a longer stay in Tokyo, with one final night in Osaka before heading home. First room was clean and cozy, second room was HUGE and perfect for repacking our checked bag. Both rooms were comfortable and clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, so didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but highly recommend Osaka Engine (has gluten free ramen options!) for a delicious meal! The FamilyMart downstairs was very convenient, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen was the cherry on top. The hotel location was great, easy walking distance to various metro stations and sights like Osaka Castle. 10/10 would stay again!

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!

The place is really awesome. Super convenient as its right in the heart of do to ori and only 3 mins from the station. Very easy to move around and there's a few 7 eleven, family mart, mcdonald's nearby. GU and uniqlo is also nearby for shopping. Rooms are very spacious and decently clean. Tried the insen twice as well and it's quite the experience.
