Well maintained guest house. Everything you need is in there.

This was my first time staying at a guesthouse. It was fully equipped with electrical appliances and cooking utensils, so I felt like I was at home. Since it was summer, the washing machine with dryer was very useful.

I was able to travel to Universal Studios Japan and Koshien. It was not too far from the nearest station and there were restaurants, drugstores, and 100 yen shops nearby, so it was convenient. The room was very clean and I was very grateful that there were amenities and laundry detergent! The best thing was the foot massage (^^) The small corner hangers were also very helpful. Thank you very much!

This is my favorite room after so many visits to Osaka. The room is warm and comfortable. I will book it again next time.

Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking establishment, there was a smell of cigarettes (´•ω•`) That was the only disappointing thing💦 I was surprised to see sweet potatoes in the freezer🍠 There were toys and massage machines, so it was a great trip (*^^*)

I used it to go to a live show at Kyocera Dome. It felt a little cramped, but there was a washing machine with a dryer and a foot massager, so I was able to relax very comfortably. I could get to the Dome without having to transfer, and it was relatively empty, so it was convenient to get around. I'd like to use it again.

This accommodation is very cost-effective👍 It is located close to Chidoribashi Station. It's a 5-minute walk! Because it is flat, it is easy and safe to walk. The amenities in the accommodation are very well prepared. Foot massager, air purifier, air conditioner, washing machine, microwave oven, induction, etc. The preparations were really well done to ensure a comfortable stay! It appears to be operated unmanned. The password will be emailed to you when you make a reservation so you can enter. Please guide me~! Our couple had really great memories during our 2 nights❤️

Since it was listed as 1 apartment, I thought it was 1 room. Rooms 201 and 202 were separated. We had no choice but to share two separate rooms with our family of four... A quiet neighborhood. Subway 1 minute walk away. convenience store. It was comfortable as it was fully equipped with a washing machine, water purifier, dryer, foot massager, dehumidifier, air conditioner, ample amenities, refrigerator, etc.

I had a comfortable stay. I appreciated the foot massager and the washing machine with dryer. I cooked a little for myself, but it was difficult because there was no kitchen paper.

It can be seen that the owner of the house still tries his best to create a warm family atmosphere. However, due to the limitations of software and hardware, it can only be considered unsatisfactory. In addition, I feel that in Japan, it is not suitable to stay in a B&B in winter because the whole room is relatively cold. Except for the small bedroom which has air conditioning, other rooms are very cold. The bed wasn't too comfortable either. Fortunately, the price/performance ratio is still good. If you are just looking for a more affordable place to live, this is a good choice. Not including breakfast is also troublesome. I don’t know where else to go for Japanese breakfast besides convenience stores.

ユニバからも万博会場からも近くて立地がとても良かったです。 ウェルカムスナックの焼き芋がとても美味しかったです。 箸やお皿、電子レンジ、食器洗い洗剤にスポンジがありとても助かりました。 そして何よりフットマッサージャーが本当に助かりました。 洗濯洗剤も4回分置いてあり、洗濯機も乾燥機付きなので洋服も最小限持っていけば良かったのも助かりました。 目印のスパイダーマンに、かわいい2段ベッドと、オセロやおえかきセット、たくさんの絵本で3歳の子どもは大喜びでした。 アメニティに書いてあるヘアブラシがなかったのと、歯磨きセットは歯ブラシに歯磨き粉がついているタイプだったので、歯磨き粉が必要でした。 また、エレベーターがないので4階まで荷物を持って行き来するのは少し大変でした。
