난바에서 도보로 6분정도 걸리고 전부 평지라 기내용 캐리어 끌고갔는데 걸을만했습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 모두 빠르게 도와주셨고 직원분들 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 굉장히 깔끔합니다. 여성전용룸과 여성전용 휴게실 모두 키가 있어야 출입이 되는 구조라 안전하다고 느꼈고, 방도 캡슐치곤 큰 편이라 좋았네요. 여성 사우나가 없고 샤워실만 있어서 아쉽긴 했는데 잠만 잘 용도였어서 딱히 상관은 없었습니다. 그리고 소음같은 경우는 제가 소음에 크게 예민하지 않아서인지, 아니면 당일 묵었던 투숙객들 매너가 좋았던건지 시끄럽다고는 느끼지 못했습니다. 난바역과 굉장히 가깝다는 점, 숙소 컨디션 생각하면 가성비 굉장히 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

During my recent visit to Osaka, I had the pleasure of staying at Koko Hotel in the vibrant Shinsaibashi district. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and stylish ambiance. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the high-quality toiletries provided. One of the highlights of staying at Koko Hotel is its fantastic location. Situated just a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station, it was incredibly convenient to access major attractions such as Dotonbori, Namba, and Osaka Castle. The surrounding neighborhood is bustling with shops, restaurants, and nightlife, offering plenty to explore right at the hotel's doorstep. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, catering to different tastes. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for starting the day off right. Overall, my experience at Koko Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi was exceptional. From the stylish accommodations to the convenient location and excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. Whether for business or leisure, Koko Hotel provides everything you need for a memorable stay in this dynamic city.

The hotel is right around the corner from a subway station exit so it’s very convenient to travel around the city. The room size is small but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. The staff were friendly and speak English. A 7-11 is right across the street if you need anything and there are some shops and restaurants very close. If the location is what you need I would recommend it and stay here again next time.

You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas. Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offered a phenomenal location along with beyond satisfactory amenities. To start, I must mention that the room was more spacious than some of the other hotels I have been to. The bathroom was clean and well furnished and I had no trouble controlling the temperature in the room or the shower. In addition, their breakfast, served buffet style, was rather satisfactory. Primarily, the buffet was split into two broad categories of ”Western” and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese side offered classics such as udon, rice, miso soup, and tofu, while the ”Western” side offered an assortment of breads, corn soup, and pancakes. I say Western with quotation marks as I would imagine most people from Europe or North America would consider the fares offered a far cry from that which they are familiar. Besides that, it is also worth noting that the buffet would cycle between multiple different options on a daily basis to prevent people staying multiple days from getting bored of consuming the same dishes daily. Other than the hotel's facilities, it is also important to draw attention to the location of the hotel. The hotel has a wide array of different restaurants to visit and is located close to both Dotonbori and the subway. This subway is rather convenient as it offers easy access to most areas of interest in Osaka. It is also imperative for me to mention here that there is a convenience store located basically next to the hotel which is, as the name would suggest, quite convenient. In addition, for those who are into anime, the hotel is walking distance fron Dendenmachi. Overall the experience was pleasant. The only issue if I had to say was that there was a high density of people in the hotels vicinity. This issue is further exacerbated on holidays, but this should only pose an issue to some people.

Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Well, I would say location wise is really good since it's very near a Metro line. However, if you are using JR Pass, it will be quite a distance away. Just 7 minutes away from Shinsekai so there's much food there too. There's 2 shrines right behind the hotel that you can visit if you like. Friendly hotel staff, can converse in Chinese if you can't speak Japanese or English.

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Very near to Shin Osaka Station ,about 6 mins walk from Exit 4 of the midosuji line. The hotel is very clean and roomy. It has a Lawson on the ground floor. What impressed me most was the Panasonic washer/dryer in my room , I could wash all my clothes every day, put in the detergent pack provided and throw in the clothes and 4 hours later you will get clean and dry clothes. Hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. On my last day, I managed to send 2 large luggages to my hotel in Tokyo while we go over to Kyoto for another 2 nights at a cheap price of 3600yen. Highly recommended hotel.
