Hotel berhampiran Morishoji Railway Station, Osaka

近隣での会議へ行った際、利用しました。京阪電鉄守口市駅のすぐ目の前にあります。京都へも大阪へも便利です。守口市駅東口へはホテルの2階からコンコースでも行けます。駅から少し行くと京阪百貨店守口店があります。そこそこの規模です。家に帰って地図を見るまでホテル裏に西友があったのには気づきませんでした。ホテルの前にコンビニが数件と居酒屋が数件ありますが、駅前としては少し寂しいです。夜遅くにホテル近くで夜食なら、大阪メトロ谷町線守口駅前の方が便利かもしれません。 建物は地方都市のホテルとしては非常に立派で由緒正しい感じがします。松下電工（旧ナショナル、現パナソニック）の城下町の名門ホテルの名残を感じます。ビジネスホテルよりは確実に1ランク上です。全体的に少し古い印象ですが、手入れはきちんとされています。フロントの対応は良いです。部屋は綺麗です。アメニティーが比較的充実しています。ベッドも寝やすく、周囲の部屋の音もあまり気になりません。 夕食はホテル1階の中国料理「麗花」での個室会食でコース料理（「百合」）をいただきました。久しぶりに非常に満足な美味しい中華料理でした。 翌朝はホテル1階にある評判のオールデイダイニング＆ラウンジ「ザ・ループ」での朝食を期待していましたが、新型コロナ対策のため、朝食は1階にあるベーカリー＆カフェ 「ファゴット」でした。決まったメニューで、パン2種類とドリンク1杯を選択し、野菜サラダが付いてきた。味は良かったのですが、安いビジネスホテルチェーンの無料朝食かと思いました。前夜の食べ過ぎ飲み過ぎにはちょうど良いかもしれません。 新型コロナが収束し「ザ・ループ」での朝食が食べられる日が早く来ると良いなあと思います。

とても清潔、快適。バスタブ大きいので、ゆっくりお風呂に入れてよいです。ロビーにレンジと氷があり、いろいろ便利。２泊しましたが、朝食はメニューが変わってとても良いです。味も良く大変満足。フロントでお茶を貰って部屋で飲めます。コーヒーがあればさらに嬉しいです。アメニティはクレンジング、化粧水、乳液のセット、クシ、歯ブラシがあります。

The hotel location is a little bit far from center of osaka but the price is very reasonable and the staff is very polite.

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

御堂筋線新大阪駅から歩いて5分程度です。新幹線乗り場からだと8分くらいあると思いますが、キャリーを持って歩ける距離です。 大きなホテルで、コンビニもすぐ近くにあり、大通りに面しているので、女性1人でも泊まりやすいと思います。 ちょうど混雑時だったのか、カウンターが3個ありましたがチェックインに並びました。 アメニティはロビーで自由に頂けるので、化粧水からボディタオルまで色々準備されており手ぶら旅行が出来て良かったです。 ヘアアイロンの貸し出しがあれば良かったです。部屋は基本的な物が揃っているので、手狭ですが若いカップルなら大丈夫だと思います。ユニットバスですが、シャワーヘッドも綺麗で大きな物がついており清潔感は問題なホテルだと思います。ポットやお茶、ドライヤー、ファブリーズ等基本セットは部屋にあります。Wi-Fiが少し弱かったですが、部屋によると思います。値段の割には使い勝手が良かったので、また大阪に行く際は利用すると思います。

My husband and I opted for an overnight stay at this hotel due to its convenient proximity to the American Embassy, where we had a visa interview scheduled for the next day. As a practical and well-equipped business hotel, it offered all the essential amenities. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and patience, with fluent English spoken by at least the check-in personnel. One highlight worth mentioning is the delightful breakfast experience. For the breakfast menu, one could choose to have a Japanese and Western style. 😄

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Kami tinggal di tingkat 21 dan mempunyai pemandangan yang bagus. Ia adalah bilik yang sangat luas dan katilnya tidak terlalu keras dan tidak terlalu lembut, jadi saya mendapat tidur yang selesa. Jika tempat letak kereta itu disahkan oleh hotel, anda boleh meletak kereta dengan harga 100 yen sejam, jadi walaupun selepas mendaftar keluar, saya meletakkan kereta dan pergi bersiar-siar di Osaka. Dengan Enjoy Eco Card, anda boleh menikmati Osaka dengan harga 800 yen selama 1 hari dengan menaiki kereta api bawah tanah dan bas tanpa had. Saya mahu tinggal di sini lagi.

The hotel is near subway train station where it helps convenient in travel. There is no JR station nearby, therefore, need to travel to other station for JR trains. The hotel room is clean, but the room is small for two people to move at the same time. The queen sized bed is big enough for two. It is not much of the concern on the room space as I have expected a small room space 13 sq m during booking. The hotel uses central air con to manage the room temperature. It was early spring with temperature 12 to 20c. The hotel air con was running heater. The room was too warm for us to sleep at night that we have opened window to cool the room. We needed to bear the outside noise after opening the window. We have feedback the heater issue to the front desk but they were unable to help. The front desk has suggested us to rent a fan with fee or open the window. The air con(heater) has really disappointed us for our stay at Nest Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi.
