Hotel berhampiran Nagara Kokubunji Temple, Osaka

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice. The staff are always smiling and friendly and constantly trying to help in spite of lack of knowledge of English. The manager Mr Park went out of his way and stayed beyond his duty time to sort out an issue we had. Kudos to him. Will definitely come back here!

オープンした当初から気になって居たのですが、なかなか機会が無く、やっと宿泊しました。 今回は朝食付き２泊で利用しました。 部屋は、よく利用しているビジネスホテルに比べ、広く感じました。 デスクにテレビが置かれて居ないのは良かったです。 電子レンジがデスクに置かれて居ましたが、テレビに比べれば小さいですし、箱なので無駄な空間は無いし、部屋に有れば便利な物なので、良かったです。 部屋の清掃状態ですが、不快に感じる点は特に有りませんでした。 ユニットバスですが、壁に木目パネルの部分が有り、のっぺりとした印象が多いユニットバス内が随分好印象になります。 冷蔵庫はペルチェ式では無い物なので、若干音は大きいですが、しっかりと冷えます。 ナイトウエアは、浴衣では無い物でした。浴衣だと寝相が悪いのか、どうしても朝はだけでしまっている事が多いので、私にとっては良かったです。 空調は完全個別空調になって居ました。 また空気加湿清浄機も宿泊した部屋には設置されて居ました。 14階のお風呂ですが、露天は３人、内湯のバブルバスは５人、炭酸泉は２人入れる位の大きさで、洗い場は4つでした。 お風呂、脱衣所共に綺麗な状態でした。 朝食ですが、ビジネスホテルに良くあるお惣菜類で、ごく普通な感じの朝食でした。 部屋の清掃状態、部屋の広さ、ユニットバス意外のお風呂が有って、この値段と考えると、評価は良いと思われます。

다니마치선 미야코지마역과 가깝습니다. 3번출구로 나가시고 오른쪽으로 가시면 됩니다. 주변에 편의점, 식당 등이 가깝습니다. 다니마치선 히가시우메다역이 매우 가까우며 역에서 내린 뒤 4번출구로 나가시면 우메다입니다. 난바, 도톤보리도 30분 이내로 갈 수 있으며, 츠텐카쿠 등 유명 명소를 가는것도 거리가 가깝습니다! 내부는 소박하지만 기본적인것은 있습니다. 오래된 여관이라 마치 타임머신을 타고 쇼와시대로 온것같은 느낌이 들어 재밌습니다. 저렴하게 잠만 잘 목적이라면 이곳을 추천드립니다 주인 부부도 매우 친절하고 매일 숙소에서 출발할때 배웅해주고, 숙소로 돌아올때 반갑게 맞아줍니다. 기본적으로 외국어는 잘 못하시지만 번역 어플을 이용해서 소통을 하려고 노력한다면 친절하게 응대해주십니다. 여관 바로앞에 신사가 있기 때문에 일본의 느낌이 최고입니다! 재방문 의사 있음

Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated early luggage storage. Convenient to Osaka's hotspots, with a station and Family Mart within 5 minutes. I'd definitely return on my next visit

The Imperial is a classic 5 🌟 hotel with all the services amenities we expect with this degree of pedigree. Make no mistake this is a classic hotel with mid-century modern, classic and art deco all present within the interior and architecture and if you like modern rooms, hip nightlife or trendy haute cuisine this is not thplace for you. Yet nothing feels old or run down- All the rooms are emaculate and the sheets are changed several times a day with a option to have the staff set your bed up for the evening per request. The hotel resturant, especially Nadman and Kyubei are world renowned and readily avaliable, as is the Old Imperial Bar which is one of the most beatiful bars in Japan. Trends will come and go, but if you want to experience class and timeless luxury, Imperial should be your choice.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Jika anda tidak boleh mengendalikannya sendiri, meja depan bersedia membantu pada hari kami pergi, jadi kami meminjam kereta sorong hotel dan payung. Kami pergi ke Kyoto dan Kobe selama tiga hari dan terus menyimpan bagasi besar kami di hotel kerana kami akan tinggal di sini semula apabila kami kembali ke Osaka. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.
