The hotel provided pick up from the airport but we did not use this as we came from Nagoya. Getting to the hotel is not difficult as you will be able to see the hotel once you reached Shin-Imamiya station. Just that if you have luggages, use the East exit as there is an elevator. THe hotel provides a number of activities including walking tours as well as the PikaPika event in the evenings where they served free sushi and beers. It is quite a nice experience sitting outside and experiencing the cool air while having your sushi and beer. They also provided free shuttle to Universal Studio Japan but as we did not make our reservations earlier, we did not managed to use this service. Size of the room is not as big as we wished for but it is comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to Shinsekai where you can find lots of eateries. There are also many convenient stores around the area. Service staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

立地は恵美須町駅近くとあまり降りない駅ではありますが日本橋から一駅と悪くなく、まずきれい。 そしてとても開放感があります。 屋上には庭園があってあべのハルカスや通天閣を見渡せますし、大浴場は別館になっていて広く充実しています。マッサージチェアが無料なのも嬉しい。 そしてフロントにはオールインワンのクリームなどもあるし、アメニティは小分けにされて充実。 トイレも広いし朝食ビュッフェには8:00までは海鮮丼まであります。 10:00-22:00は生ビールが飲み放題。このサービス、最近みますがすごすぎますね。 ホテルとしてのレベルは最高レベルで出張だと贅沢に感じるほどです。旅行にも向いてるでしょう。 ホテルに足りないものを全部書き出して全部やってるような素晴らしさ。だいぶ知恵を絞ったんでしょうね。 このレベルで全く高くないのはすごいの一言です。

This hostel is fantastic! So glad I ended up here for a few nights in Osaka as this was a great choice. Especially enjoyed talking to the staff Rina, Ayano and Hiro who were all so welcoming. The rooms were very colourful and though were basic it had everything you needed for a good stay. Good comfortable bed with individual privacy curtain and light, large locker for luggage, shared bathroom with shower and towels available. It also had a nice cafe/social area downstairs. You could also do your laundry here at a very reasonable cheap price which was very useful. The location of this hostel is in a great location surrounded by many things to do and also very close to train stations. Other travelers I met at this hostel were all friendly which is the kind of people this hostel attracts. When I go back to Osaka I may make it a point just to visit the cafe or stay here a night as its such a pleasant environment thanks to the staff!

After 2 days shopping, it was a big relief to ease muscle pain, right feet in different kinds of onsen just a few minutes walk from Tenoji zoo and Tsutenkaku. Admission fee is 1500 yen per adult. Highly recommend Korean body scrub inside the onsen areas. Inexperience but soothing and feeling regenerated.

한국인 사장님께서 정말 친절하시고, 저렴한데도 있을건 다 있는 오사카 최고의 한인 민박입니다. 역에서도 그리 멀지 않아서 접근성도 괜찮고 바로 옆 츠텐카쿠가 있어서 아침 일찍부터 오사카 주유패스 투어 시작하기도 좋습니다 (츠텐카쿠 줄 엄청 길어서 차라리 먼저 소화하는게 나은거 같아요) 제가 갔을땐 사람이 많지 않아서 파티라 부르기는 좀 간소했지만 사장님과 숙박하시는 분들과 정말 재밌게 즐겼었어요. 너무나 즐거운 추억이 되었고, 다음에도 또 오사카 방문한다면 무조건 다시 들릴꺼에요. 너무 즐기느라 제가 찍은건 없구… 술먹고 뻗은거 찍힌거는 있네용.. 😅

地方很好，而且離通天閣非常的近，基本上就是一個可以直接上去的景點。而且整體的布置也非常的舒服，就是對社恐人士也很友好。附近有很多可以吃飯的地方，對於晚上半夜想找吃的人來說確實是個好地兒。而且房間裏真的什麼都有。總體來說是一次非常愉快的體驗。
