酒店位置在市中心，可以直通CF商場，房間相當乾淨及整潔；這次是老公生日，特別致電酒店能否安排小蛋糕及生日卡，特別感謝酒店人員幫忙！下次再過來我亦會選擇這間酒店！

Ottawa Marriott Hotel is the ideal place to rest, go on vacation with your family, and enjoy the convenient location in the city's center. I stayed with my wife for five nights on this property. First of all, the location is ideal because it is downtown. Second, they offered us a buffet breakfast, included for being a diamond member, and an appetizer in the restaurant during evening hours because the lounge was closed. Third, the room we stayed in was a suite, which was an excellent option since it had two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a beautiful view. We recommend the hotel not only for what it offers but also for the people who are very friendly, always happy, and willing to help. Customer service was noted. Samir Manhas, the service manager, made us feel welcome and at home, so we will return soon to spend another time in this beautiful hotel.

這座渥太華歷史最悠久的頂級奢華酒店，坐落在裏多運河入口處，地點絕佳。住在這裏，無論是去往國會山，裏多運河，還是拜沃德市場，國家美術館，都是五到十分鐘的步行距離。 住進費爾蒙特洛裏耶堡酒店，彷彿走進了童話裏王子公主住的城堡。厚厚的地毯鋪在腳下，奢華的吊燈、歐式廊柱與圓拱門造型，長長的走廊裏燈火通明……到處都能感受到復古的年代感和貴族氣息。

Do not stay here if you have allergies or sensitivities to fragrances of any kind. Very strong scents everywhere in the hotel, including the hallways, room and bedding. It was not what we were expecting considering the information we were given. The staff did not seem to be aware that this could be a problem, even though it was written in the comments section at the time of booking online. We got different explanations when we brought it up; one person said there was nothing in the comments, another person said it was in the comments but housekeeping did not get some kind of alert in their records. Parked in the parking lot across the street and had to get up at 7 a.m. to pay for parking again as we were not leaving that early. Upon checkout, we complained and they gave us a gas card worth $25 but I would never stay there again.

Clean and quiet Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.. Even when they had to deal with a not so nice customer (not me!)

Lovely stay. Enjoyed the jazz bar. Rooms are very clean. Nothing but good to say about our visit. Thank you.

Akses Internet wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pengering rambut dan selipar. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi langsir/tirai gelap terus, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari dan seterika/papan seterika boleh diminta.
