Zafiro Palace Palmanova

Fantastic Resort with great facilities Really enjoyed the meals, excellent quality and variety of food.

Just got back from a weeks stay here. We felt it wasn’t 5 star unfortunately. It’s 4 star at best and being honest if I were to go back to a Zafiro hotel I would go back to their hotel in Alcudia which we’ve stayed at before and is well worth the slight premium and 50min drive too. This one is much better on all counts. Hotel food is pretty good but the a la cart restaurants were a little average. Good food but not in a league of a la cart restaurants at 5 star hotels. The hotel is generally clean and service is ok. We had some issues along the way which I won’t go in to detail with but so did others who we spoke with at the hotel. The hotels biggest issue is its size. The pool area lacks size and space and you feel cramped in. Obviously it’s peak season so this would have felt worse but you do have to get towels on beds by 8am or face missing out.. there is no policing of this also so once they’re gone they’re gone. This got worse throughout our stay. Thankfully we moved to a swim up room mid stay which was the best decision we made. The pool also had a zoo vibe a lot of the time. I guess you notice others behaviour more when you’re basically sat side by side like part of the same family. Would I go back, unfortunately not although you may have a better experience outside of school holidays when I’m sure the size of the hotel can much better manage its guests. I don’t feel this hotel offers any kind of value for money and tour operators should seriously consider calling this 5 star and charging what they don’t go here.

Had high expectations of the hotel based on the reviews but they were exceeded. It's a beautiful hotel located just a few minutes walk from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Junior suite room which I think might be the most basic. That said it was really big, gorgeous ane had everything you would want and expect. Room service everyday replenished towels too. We booked b&b as we like to eat out so cant comment on the hotel restaurants. Breakfast had everything catered for and the fresh fruit was great. Even though the hotel was busy it never felt crowded and there was always ample room poolside. The raised adult section (over 18s) was perfect for us and was so peaceful and relaxing. Didnt use the Spa but did use the indoor pool, gym and sauna, steam room which were excellent at the end of a day in the sun. We would 100% return to this hotel in the future.

My husband and I have just returned from 3 nights staying at the Zafiro Palace Palmanova. We had such an amazing time, it really did exceed all our expectations. I was a little worried it would be too catered for family’s and children’s but there was such a great mix.

We are having somewhat mixed feelings about this place. First of all, the hotel is really beautiful (haven’t seen any better in Palmanova). Very modern with well kept grounds. We arrived just after the night when there was really heavy sandy haze/sandy rain. Booked a one bedroom suite with jacuzzi. How disappointing was the fact that our beautiful terrace turned out to be so dirty and absolutely unwelcoming, jacuzzi was a total disaster, all dirty and covered with sand. The first impression was so ruined, during check in we were not even warned about this, nobody apologized. After seeing this we of course reported the reception, they told us that cleaning will take time, and maybe next day Jacuzzi will be cleaned. Of course, we can understand everything, cannot fault the nature, but I just don’t want to (considering the cost of 650 eu/night). The room should be clean! And if the room is not ready - hotel should at least inform the guests… The jacuzzi was (not perfectly) cleaned the other day, water was still sandy (do they change the water after previous guests?). The only 5star thing from the begging to the end was the restaurant (both foot and staff were absolutely perfect). Thank you! Children’s splash park is also very very nice, our 9 year old kid had very good time there:)

This hotel is beautiful and the food is outstanding for an all inclusive! There is so many options and the fruit is so fresh. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels put in your room. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The only downside is you’re not allowed inflatables in the swimming pool and they do not provide ashtrays for smokers.

Superb hotel. We have visited Zafiro palace Alcudia on a couple of occasions but this was our first visit to Zafiro Palace Palma Nova! The cleanliness and food quality is just the same. The staff are always exceptional too. So family oriented and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and cool. There’s a reason we keep coming back and will be booking again. Alcudia has a couple Of things palma nova doesn’t pool bubble Is bigger and there’s an outdoor stage area for evening entertainment But the transfer time to palma nova is 20 mins max!! Bonus with kids. If you’re thinking about booking do it…. You won’t regret it!

Amazing. Wow we love this hotel. Repeated visits say it all. This time we stayed in block 2 and it was very good. My parents had a swim up which they loved and we were near the park and splash pool for our 5 year old. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. We went all inc and it’s totally worth it as the food is amazing. The evening entertainment was good but I do think a little disco for the children at 8pm would make the whole place amazing. Rooms are spotless like everywhere else. We are returning in 13 weeks and cannot wait! Thank you Zafiro see you soon.

We stayed in Zafiro Palace Palmanova, for the 2nd time, May 2024. The place is amazing and the staff can’t do enough to help. We originally booked B&B, but after seeing the standard of local food and trying the in-house restaurants, immediately upgraded. No regrets! The good is first class. Thank you Zafiro for another amazing holiday. See you again soon
