Ulasan Hôtel Beauregard

I booked a room based on the view of the Eiffel Tower on the hotel reservation site, but they assigned me a room with a view surrounded by dark walls, which I didn't expect. They promised to change it to a view of the Eiffel Tower the next day, but they didn't do anything. And the photo of the front of the hotel is very different from the reality. Don't be fooled.

The hotel is very old and I smelled a new paint during my stay. However, the room is huge and spacious. But it’s not a new hotel

Everything was good

Good location, few walks to the Metro and bus station. The room is cosy,clean and have partially Eiffel Tower view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

During my eight days stay, the cleaning of the room was not done every day, from the carpet to the towels. Curtains were not fixed to avoid day light in early morning. Over a single night stay, anyone would prefer to stay away from this hotel. The service cannot be rated as 4 stars. The staff and management of the hotel are unable to appropriately address the customer issues. Although, relatively common in Paris, in this hotel the guest is not considered as a guest, but as a person whose words cannot be trusted (cleaning requests) and has to suffer bad attitude from the staff. Electrical outlets do not meet international standards. Really, really bad experience in this hotel in Paris. I just moved out to get better luck in a new one.

房間是個老房子，但設施還可以，整體很有氛圍感，服務人員的禮貌和友好程度超出預期，是個很好的體驗。出門就能看到鐵塔。

每次回巴黎都會入住的酒店。房間內就能看到埃菲爾鐵塔。酒店樓下超市、葯房、麪包房一應俱全。重點是周圍治安非常好！ 唯一的缺點就是房間確實非常非常小😂但這很巴黎。

Hotel sympa et bien situé. A proximité du métro. Endroit bien fréquenté. Personnel sympathique. Vue sur les champs elysee dans le coins. Manquait juste un petit kit brossé à dent dentifrice.

房間很大很乾凈配置很全，走路地板咯吱響不過問題不大，酒店管理很認真。不過旅館把我的該付的税加倍收了實在不應該，我走遍全世界這種情況都極為罕見。兩小時後我向前台問詢時，前台值班糾了錯帳解釋了原因但沒有表示任何歉意，他們不知道他們的帳面錯誤，動搖了我對整個旅館業前台的信心。此外，早餐太簡單，哪像是四星級的，對不起住客所付的房費

房間很乾凈，酒店門口就能看到埃菲爾鐵塔，入住當天是晚上到的到酒店門口剛好看到鐵塔閃燈，路上的疲憊都沒了，哈哈

一開始房間很細，開一個行李箱都不能，之後到前店，他竟然給的我們免費換房，真的很好，房間很靚，望出去見到巴黎鐵塔。
