L’hôtel est très récent et j’ai séjourné dans une suite très spacieuse, confortable et agréable. Tout était parfait et j’ai été très bien accueilli, de mon arrivée jusqu’à mon départ. J’ai simplement rencontré un petit problème avec le lavabo de la salle de bains (il est tout à fait normal que de petits problèmes de maintenance survennent dans un hôtel récemment ouvert), mais le plus important est la manière dont ils sont pris en charge. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été irréprochable dans la résolution de ce petit incident. En plus de tout cela, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

本次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇酒店貼心到位的服務！出行前酒店就主動致電確認入住需求，細緻詢問同行人數、出行安排，提前做好各項準備，光是這波前置服務就好感拉滿，讓人還沒到店就倍感安心。這次剛好趕上家裡小朋友生日，入住前備註了，沒想到酒店格外用心。抵達房間後滿滿驚喜，工作人員提前佈置了可愛的生日裝飾氛圍感十足，還專門送上一份精緻香甜的生日蛋糕，孩子看到瞬間又驚又喜，一整天都特別開心。店內工作人員全程温柔有禮，有任何需求響應都十分迅速，辦事細緻有分寸。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，專門準備了小童洗漱用品與小拖鞋，處處都是為親子家庭考量的小細節。公共區域整潔舒適，整體環境安靜不嘈雜，泳池非常乾淨，設施齊全，帶孩子入住十分省心。從提前電話溝通、貼心生日驚喜到全程細緻服務，每一處細節都能感受到酒店滿滿的誠意，服務水準無可挑剔，親子出行首選這家，下次出行還會再次入住，真心推薦給各位帶娃出行的朋友！返程後孩子還唸叨着下次要再來。

My and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

衞生間的設施讓我非常滿意。乾濕分離的設計很合理，避免了洗澡時水花四濺。品牌衞浴用品質量很好，熱水供應穩定且水温調節方便，淋浴的出水力度也剛剛好。通風系統也很給力，沒有任何潮濕異味，毛巾浴巾都很柔軟厚實，而且更換及時，細節之處做得十分到位。

Convenient location near public transit, quiet, room without cigarette smell available upon request, recommended! :)

For 100 RMB, you get what you pay for， I spent 45 minutes walking around in circles trying to find the place， When I wanted to give up and cancel the reservation, I found that the hotel had already checked me in, even though I hadn't checked in and was walking around out in the street，Amap and Baidu maps useless. to locate the place When finally got in the room, the bed looked like it had just been slept in，Half drank bottle of water sitting on the table，Dirty tissues on the floor，Waste bins full of rubbish，Then, after being soaked in sweat from walking around trying tofind the place, I went to have a shower. I found both the rain shower and the handheld shower are broken Spraying water everywhere，One bath towel for two people，
