Pemilik sekeluarga sangat mesra seperti keluarga sendiri, sentiasa sedia menjawab sebarang pertanyaan. Bilik dihias dengan gaya Timur Laut yang unik, selesa dan elegan. Pemanas lantai sangat berkesan, jadi orang dari selatan tidak perlu risau tentang kesejukan. Lokasi homestay ini sunyi dan tenang, tetapi sangat dekat dengan kawasan pelancongan utama, jadi kami boleh pulang untuk berehat bila-bila masa kami letih. Pir beku dan kesemak beku percuma, perkhidmatan bawa bagasi yang prihatin, dan masakan rumah yang sangat lazat ā setiap butiran membuatkan hati kami berasa hangat. YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

It was a good stay for a night as an airport hotel. I also used the free airport shuttle, which they had me arrange by sending me the driver's phone number and having me call when I landed.

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be.
The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every Ā check Ā in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as itās a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When youāre already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening.
Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as Iāve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesnāt offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable.
For my next trip to Harbin, Iāll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, Iād strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that wonāt leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four ļ¼photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They donāt just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
