Cari Hotel 5-Star di Tbilisi

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

Really thanks for this service. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Also the breakfast was so delicious and fantastic. Hope to book a room again as soon as possible. And thanks for this hotel. It was the most beautiful trip for me to enjoy there ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙈

Прекрасный, стильный отель! Хорошие номера, необычный спа. Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент, хотелось бы более новую сантехнику и теплые полы ванной комнате.

Great building and lobby, pretty big rooms. Breakfast options are really very poor, considering the hotel is in a country famous for food. Zero local food options. Also, the lobby bar waiter is a rather sleepy and quite difficult to get the attention.

Outdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side. Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. ****** on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time. Restaurant food is ok but pricey

酒店位置不錯，就在共和國廣場旁邊，從機場坐201或100機場巴士倒數第二站下車，有一段佈滿餐廳的路就到了，到機場坐201公交站距離更近，就在酒店後面的大馬路上。 給的是酒店走道末端的房間，正對共和國廣場，但因為衹是11樓，衹能見到廣場建築的上端部分（夜間有燈光），其它都被周圍建築擋住了，且因為這些建築低於11樓，因此它們頂端的雜亂一覽無餘。 房間設施比較老舊，房門鎖有點不靈活，關門的時候需要手動操作一下；管理比較鬆散，每天打掃房間的時間很晚，最熱的下午三四點鐘回去準備休息，房間卻還沒打掃，一般都要五點多才來，有一天是催了兩次才來打掃的，親見他們如何工作：倒垃圾桶、衞生間換毛巾浴巾、擦房間桌面、鋪床，三次中衹有一次吸塵，衹有一次擦鏡子。瓶裝水的補充倒是很充足的。 訂的套房，有陽台算一個亮點，目測房間面積沒有標示的那麼大。 來往穆斯林比較多。 整體而言，性價比很低。

The hotel clean and the service is good. Room was good and bathroom size was ok. Breakfast was good. The only 2 things that I should mention is the location of the hotel was not very close to the attractions. Moreover, WI-FI quality needs to be improved.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming. Pool indoor was not working and not informed by property to Website.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).
