Чудесный отель! Впечатлил лифт с окном на город. Отличный дизайн комнаты, все что нужно - есть. Окна выходили на здания к сожалению, но также была видна красивая церковь недалеко среди леса!! которая подсвечивалась ночью. было красиво, так что мне зашло. главное шторки на ночь закрывать а то там прям окна в окна выходят. Шведский стол скудноват, но мне персонально готовили омлет с сосисками!! чему я премного благодарна. отдельный лайк за оладушки. При заселении приготовили презент в виде бутылочки вина и сухофруктов! А на 8 марта приготовили торт...... Было очень приятно. Отличный сервис.

This hotel is nestled in the old town, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral – the location couldn’t be more convenient. The property is run by two gentlemen, both incredibly warm and welcoming. They greet every guest with big, genuine smiles whenever you cross paths with them. I booked a family room for four nights and a twin room for one night. The family room comes with full kitchen facilities, perfect for self-catering – I’d highly recommend this room type! To top it all off, the breakfast spread is generous and delicious！

Круто провели время! Отель находится в пешей доступности от всех важных локаций. Само здание и лобби выглядят прикольно: достаточно ухоженно, но аутентично. Номер просторный для двоих, вся мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, кондиционер исправно работал. Особенно понравился личный балкон, где было приятно завтракать или ужинать. Хочется отдельно сказать хорошие слова по поводу общения с менеджером: нам заранее написали, чтобы подтвердить время заезда, направили инструкцию по заселению, всегда были на связи в мессенджере по любым вопросам. Единственный недостаток - хорошая слышимость. В поздние часы необходимо было разговаривать или смотреть что-то совсем тихо. Но это несильно повлияло на общее впечатление от отеля. В остальном, все красиво, чисто и комфортно. Спасибо :)

Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

The location is excellent and it’s also convenient but I wasn’t satisfied. Pro: I found collaboration at the reception. Cons: I saw other images different than the reality when I booked the hotel. There was a lot of dust (the telephone in the photo was already cleaned) so due to my allergy - but also for a medium standard of cleanings - , I had to clean when I entered in the room with some specific products fortunately I had with me. In addition to this, there were a lot of rusty taps and they should be changed/ clean with a specific cleaning product. The carpet was dirty as well as the bed decorations as in the photo. In this case, I suggest to remove ruined things to make the room cleaner. The last thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that at the reception I had some language barrier problems speaking in English. Some people known English well, but not everybody and this is a sort of problem if you have to give info at the reception. I’m not happy to give this review but I hope this will be inspiring to have a better cleaning’s standard and happier guests.

Sebaik sahaja berada di dalam halaman usang, anda perlu berhati-hati mencari pintu keselamatan dan menekan loceng... Walau bagaimanapun, lokasi itu sendiri sangat mudah di bandar lama, dengan kebanyakan tarikan dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Kebersihan: Kebersihannya boleh diterima, sekurang-kurangnya ia kelihatan bersih. Persekitaran, Perkhidmatan dan Kemudahan: Sarapan pagi tidak disediakan. Bilik-bilik kecil, dengan tingkap bumbung condong ***a Eropah yang boleh dibuka. Terdapat pemanas, rak pakaian, sabun tangan, syampu, gel mandian, pengering rambut dan jubah mandi disediakan. Kalis bunyi kurang baik, tetapi semua orang senyap, jadi ia tidak mengganggu rehat. Terdapat juga seterika berkongsi di luar. Perkhidmatan: Tiada perkhidmatan. Melainkan anda secara aktif memintanya, rumah itu tidak akan dibersihkan sama sekali semasa penginapan anda. Meja daftar masuk berada di tingkat dua, dan bilik anda mungkin berada di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Bersedialah untuk membawa bagasi anda naik atau turun satu atau dua tangga kayu sendiri; kaunter penerimaan tetamu langsung tidak akan membantu. Terdapat kedai serbaneka dan kedai buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran berdekatan dengan harga yang berpatutan, dan juga restoran. Anda boleh memilih teksi untuk teksi, jadi anda tidak perlu mendaki dan menuruni jalan-jalan batu buntar sendiri.

This hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500 Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.

This review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable. There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

L'hôtel est situé le long de la route qui va du centre ville de Tbilisi à l'aéroport international de Tbilisi. L'accès en taxi / Bolt est très simple et m'a coûté 17Lari depuis l'aéroport. À 3h30 du matin, j'ai dû patienter environ 15min pour que quelqu'un de L'hôtel m'ouvre la porte et me permettent d'effectuer le checkin. L'hôtel est simple, vétuste avec eau chaude, shampoing, brosse à dents, dentifrice et savon à disposition. À l'arrivée, j'ai demandé à acheter une bouteille d'eau et on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible et que je pouvais boire l'eau du robinet. Idéal pour une nuit mais pas plus.
