As soon as we stepped into the lobby of this hotel in Rome, we were warmly welcomed by Angela from the front desk. She wore her tie neatly and maintained a professional demeanor all the time. We mistakenly booked the wrong room due to network issues at first, which made us quite anxious. Angela kept comforting us and told us not to worry. She kindly rearranged a room perfectly suitable for my mother and me after careful coordination. Furthermore, she patiently helped us apply for an early check-out service in the early hours of the next day and gave us clear directions to catch the airport shuttle bus on time. The whole communication went extremely smoothly. We really appreciate such a warm-hearted and responsible staff member. Highly recommend this hotel thanks to Angela’s excellent service!

Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

We enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in. Special thanks to Riccardo from reception. Kimo, bellman was nice too to help with the luggages. Location was perfect if you want to be near to Roma Termini station. Hotel location is also not very far from Colliseum or Spanish Steps. About 30 mins walk (if you don’t get distracted along the way 😉). Hotel amenities were adequate. But the heated towel rack were not on during our 1N stay for us to enjoy “warm” towels. Overall we would recommend people to stay in this hotel. 👍

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.
