Cari Hotel 2-Star di Rom

Fantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer. But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here. What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella. Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc. But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry! Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.

Jo&Joe Roma was just as I hoped it would be. We are an older family and I wanted to share with my adult kids the place as I thought it would be a great place for them to experience and without a doubt it was everything we wanted. I’m sure we will all be back.  Location excellent, breakfast yum, rooms very clean. Atmosphere awesome!  Staff were so helpful, friendly and supportive with any questions we had. They were even able to support my Coeliac disease with the breakfast in the morning. ❤️ The room was superb. I just wish we booked it for another night to enjoy more.  Thank you so much Jo&Joe Rome Team

非常nice的居住地段，出行方便；雖為單人間，衞生間足夠大，房間層高足夠（看空調安裝位置預估至少🉐3.2m+），兩層窗和窗簾很喜歡，更喜歡窗外的風景；唯一不足的是電梯，check in時能到4F；次日check out變成4F 不能用，衹能自提行李到3F再進電梯

I loved the common areas they have for travellers to relax. Not to mention the fully equipped kitchen and also the occasional free dinner prepared by the staff. Rooms were spacious and adopted the capsule/nest style where you can have ultimate privacy at night. Lockers were big enough to fit my 40L bag and no additional locks needed for the locker. Although the beds are encapsulated, however it is not hot or stuffy at night as I still felt cold from the AC. Ensuite bathroom is decent and clean for everyone’s use.

It was a terrible experience during the check-in process. The hotel has a large number of rooms, but there were only a few staff members available for check-in. Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, you may have to wait another 2–3 hours because of the long queue. Other than that, this is a beautiful resort-style hotel. It has a lovely swimming pool, a great kids’ play area, and even a supermarket inside the property. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. You can reach the Vatican in about 30 minutes and Termini Station or the Colosseum in around an hour by public transport.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! I couldn't scream about this more. If you're looking for somewhere easily connected to metro lines, buses, trams and attractions, you've found it. It is a little out of the main city area, but I reckon this is a good thing because it's quiet at night and you can get rest without worrying about the noise. There were plenty of cafe/restaurants open around and convenience stores too. The room was really spacious, more so than the pictures showed and the bed was comfy too. There's a hairdryer, iron at your disposal as well. The host, Lulia was incredibly helpful and tended to me with whatever I needed and also gave recommendations for what to do around Rome. It is a shared house, so you walk through to get to your room (which has a lock on it) and it's own bathroom. Outside you have the kitchen that you can use too. I couldn't hear any other guest during our stay and felt safe staying here. Thanks for the great stay, we recommend it for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

This hotels location is great. It's near to everything. I walked to the main tourist attractions. The hotel room was great. I was expecting a single room, but I got a double, always a bonus. The room is a little dated, but I quite liked that. It took me back to when I was a child going down the working man's club with my parents 🤣 keeping it retro , love it! The room had everything I needed. It was clean and light (even had shutters and blacked out curtains, which made the room dark). The staff were helpful & polite, which is all I ask for. The only negatives were the tram line (which could be quite loud and rumble at times) & the hotel tax; they wanted it in cash/euros I didn't have any euros as I didn't think I'd need them, thinking I could pay with everything by card. Other than that, a great stay in Rome.

The stay was great. You can store your luggage for free. It’s in a really convenient location, and there are lots of places to eat nearby.
