The hotel is perfectly located in Myeongdong, just a 7-minute direct walk to Myeongdong Station, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and transport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Accessibility was excellent, making it easy to move around the city.
A lovely bonus was the daily complimentary coffee, tea, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream — such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. I would definitely stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.

AAnnaJKThis is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and everything has always been excellent — but not this time. It all started at check-in, when we were given a different room than the one we had booked. However, thanks to the reception staff, the issue was quickly resolved.
Then we noticed that the toilet smelled of smoke, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. We informed the staff, and over time the smell became less noticeable. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff responded promptly to all our requests.
These minor inconveniences did not spoil our stay. We will definitely come back again.

YYqyqlinI would like to commend the majority of your staff for their polite and helpful demeanor. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the male staff who handled our check-in.
Due to an oversight, we had accidentally booked a twin bedroom instead of a king bedroom. When he asked whether we had reserved a twin bed, we responded that it should have been a king bed, not realizing our mistake. At this point, the staff appeared impatient and spoke to us in a rather abrupt manner, stating, “We don’t have rooms with king’s bed now. That’s why I’m asking you.”
While I appreciate his intention to clarify our booking and prevent misunderstandings, I felt that his tone and attitude were unnecessarily stern and made us feel uncomfortable.
I hope that in the future, staff interactions can be handled with greater patience and empathy, especially in situations where guests may have made honest mistakes.

ププリン2007Ia mudah kerana ia berdekatan dengan Stesen Chungmuro, tetapi selepas jam 8 malam, kedai-kedai di sekitarnya tutup dan orang ramai jarang, jadi saya berhati-hati untuk tidak pergi ke sana pada larut malam. Jika anda bersama rakan atau orang lain, tiada masalah.
Terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar, tetapi memerlukan keberanian untuk memasuki bar seorang diri sebagai orang Jepun. Saya akhirnya makan malam di kedai serbaneka.
Hotel ini sangat cantik. Memandangkan ia adalah kediaman, anda boleh menanggalkan kasut anda di dalam bilik dan terdapat lampu kalimantang, jadi senang untuk tinggal lama.
Ia juga bagus untuk mempunyai mesin basuh di dalam bilik!
Wanita pembersihan juga sangat baik.

MMisa93The location is good if you want peace, since it's close to Bukhansan National Park and not city centre. The room is very spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so. I found someone's hair on the bedside table, and the tiles in the bathroom weren't very clean. I guess it's what you get for the price. If you're a budget traveller, it's a good choice, if you want something more, look for other places. But the view was amazing.

PPengguna TetamuIt's always a nice stay here! The location is very great, olive young is downstairs , and the subway station also downstairs, it's near the airport bus stop too! They have bidet and the toilet is scpacious, the room also spacious, you can store many luggages, they have tables and chairs too for you to eat or have some work, their receptionist lobby and all the staff also very helpful during my stay, definitely recommended, not to mention they have 24h convenient store at the 3rd floor and laundry room
