Hotel Seoul dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Mon-Wed). We were able to leave our luggage over the weekend prior to our stay in their luggage storage facility. Check-in was quick and our King bed room had a view of the temple. Room was spacious for our needs, location was good for the palace and insadong. Limousine bus stop a 6 min walk around the corner which is good for getting to and from the airport. The nearest metro station is less than 10mins walk. Its a shame that the hotel does not have a bar, which lets it down. I think it used to have one on the 12 floor, but its now closed.

I would like to commend the majority of your staff for their polite and helpful demeanor. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the male staff who handled our check-in. Due to an oversight, we had accidentally booked a twin bedroom instead of a king bedroom. When he asked whether we had reserved a twin bed, we responded that it should have been a king bed, not realizing our mistake. At this point, the staff appeared impatient and spoke to us in a rather abrupt manner, stating, “We don’t have rooms with king’s bed now. That’s why I’m asking you.” While I appreciate his intention to clarify our booking and prevent misunderstandings, I felt that his tone and attitude were unnecessarily stern and made us feel uncomfortable. I hope that in the future, staff interactions can be handled with greater patience and empathy, especially in situations where guests may have made honest mistakes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay for Families The room was very spacious and perfect for our family of five. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, with plenty of space for everyone. We accidentally made a duplicate booking, and even though we had already checked in, the hotel staff kindly assisted us with the refund process through the booking platform. We truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. It is rare to find such genuine and customer-oriented service. The hotel also has an E-Mart on-site, which made it very convenient to buy snacks, drinks, and daily necessities. Another big plus is the free parking, which is spacious and easy to access. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for families and is especially suitable for travelers on a self-drive trip. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again! 😊

This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and everything has always been excellent — but not this time. It all started at check-in, when we were given a different room than the one we had booked. However, thanks to the reception staff, the issue was quickly resolved. Then we noticed that the toilet smelled of smoke, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. We informed the staff, and over time the smell became less noticeable. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff responded promptly to all our requests. These minor inconveniences did not spoil our stay. We will definitely come back again.

Stay at SL Myeongdong for 3 nights. Location is quite good, in between Myeongdong and ChungMuro station (~6 mins walk). Airport bus stops for 6001 and 6015 located near the two stations. Frontdesk is efficient and friendly. Room is bright, relatively small but equipped with washing machine, dryer and a full-size fridge. Bed was comfy, but pillows were too soft. Hotel is new but the cleaning/maintenance can be better, cos some marks can be seen on the tiles. On the first night, we noticed a bit of blood stain on the side of the bedsheet, which they promptly changed after feedback. Overall a good place to stay in Seoul near Myeongdong.

Ia mudah kerana ia berdekatan dengan Stesen Chungmuro, tetapi selepas jam 8 malam, kedai-kedai di sekitarnya tutup dan orang ramai jarang, jadi saya berhati-hati untuk tidak pergi ke sana pada larut malam. Jika anda bersama rakan atau orang lain, tiada masalah. Terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar, tetapi memerlukan keberanian untuk memasuki bar seorang diri sebagai orang Jepun. Saya akhirnya makan malam di kedai serbaneka. Hotel ini sangat cantik. Memandangkan ia adalah kediaman, anda boleh menanggalkan kasut anda di dalam bilik dan terdapat lampu kalimantang, jadi senang untuk tinggal lama. Ia juga bagus untuk mempunyai mesin basuh di dalam bilik! Wanita pembersihan juga sangat baik. Berikut adalah beberapa negatif: Tiada ruang untuk almari pakaian atau meja belajar. Tiada cermin panjang penuh Loker syiling adalah satu-satunya tempat untuk menyimpan bagasi anda selepas daftar keluar. Itu sahaja. Tiada tab mandi, tetapi terdapat sekatan di bilik mandi jadi ia sangat selesa!

The location is good if you want peace, since it's close to Bukhansan National Park and not city centre. The room is very spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so. I found someone's hair on the bedside table, and the tiles in the bathroom weren't very clean. I guess it's what you get for the price. If you're a budget traveller, it's a good choice, if you want something more, look for other places. But the view was amazing.

Contrary to what others said, the room I stayed it was very cold. However, it's true that there's no wifi, only a wifi egg that needs to be returned. You also have to deposit money in case you lose it. As for cleanliness, when I first entered the room, it smelled very musky. Meaning, whoever stayed there did the deed and the cleaning person wasn't able to get rid of it. But other than that, it's an ok place. The laundry shop at the 3rd floor belongs to Migliore but we can still use it. However, the cost of laundry and dryer was around 12.4 USD, which is very expensive, in my opinion. Considering the place doesn't even have wifi

I stayed for the whole week at this hotel. It is a nice small hotel that just 1 station away from Gangnam. Room is cleaned well everyday in the morning, they provide extra water and amenities at the 1st floor so it is nice. Internet speed is very fast and you have smart TV inside your room.
